Wisconsin girls trip
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful staff!
We have been going here for our annual girls trip for 8 years. We have always been very happy w our stay. Tori Jodi Rafael and Karlie always make us trip wonderful. Will see you all again May 2027.

Absolutely terrible
Pros:

The pictures are a lie! We just checked in 30 minutes ago. Our unit is not even on the secured resort grounds. We are in a two story unit that looks like an old motel that they tried to fix up. Unit has a funky old mildew smell. This is not what we booked. We chose this resort because of the pictures but this is not what we picked. Luckily we are leaving for a cruise in a couple days and won’t even need to stay in this dump for the whole week. Had we needed to stay here for the week it would be an issue. The smell is overpowering and the unit itself is old. I would never give this place a 5 star rating. We are in a motel unit that they tried to update and did a terrible job. We are not even on the secured resort grounds. We are close to the Main Street where anybody can easily access the area. We vacation in Florida every year and like to try new resorts every time but this place is by far the worst we have ever been to.

Pros:

I love that rooms and bathroom were very clean. I love that the place did not look old and wore out. It was cozy and comfortable. The text message service they have is very efficient. The responded fast and always brought items that was requested.

Pros:

Very nice place to stay lots to do onsite and very clean also has a gym, staff is very nice and accommodating, only issue is no smart TV so bring a fire stick and you are all set.

Worth a visit. Great place to walk around
Pros:

We were able to check in early, United clean and spacious, courteous employees, multiple pools. Good location. Entrance to Palm-Aire needs improvement, golf course looked really bad
Nice walking paths.

Beautiful Resort
Pros:

I had a great time at Palm-Aire. We stayed in a 1 bedroom. It was a nice size, inviting and comfortable. There were many activities on the resort to keep you busy. Many different restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back if I return to the area.

Gross, go somewhere else
Pros:

We booked a presidential and it looked nothing like the pictures. Super outdated and the there was blood on the comforter in one of the rooms. We called twice to get a change of blankets and the person that came up didn't listen or care, dropping something else off and walking off quickly. A few days later, there was a HUGE cockroach in the hallway by the elevator. This was the WORST Wyndham resort and we will NOT be staying here again.

Decent Resort nothing special
Pros:

This resort is well maintained. My girlfriend had a massage and said it was absolutely the best she’s ever had. The gym has a good selection of equipment for a good workout. Overall you won’t be overwhelmed or disappointed pretty average resort.
