I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay, which began on June 27.
As soon as we entered the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been properly cleaned. The floor had several dark dried spots that made it appear it had not been cleaned before our arrival. There were also crumbs, small pieces of trash, and clumps of hair mixed with dust in different areas of the room. We even found an M&M under the table where the telephone was located, which reinforced our concern that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom was also not cleaned to the standard we expected from a property listed on Booking.com.
In addition, we experienced problems with the shower throughout our stay. It did not work properly. At times, no water came out at all, and when it did, the water was often extremely cold. We had to wait a long time for the water to become warm enough to take a shower, making a basic necessity unnecessarily inconvenient.
The following day, before leaving the hotel, we specifically requested that our room be cleaned. We expected the issues to be corrected while we were out. However, when we returned, we realized that almost nothing had been done. The bed had been made and the trash bins had been emptied, but the bathroom had not been cleaned and the floor remained exactly the same.
To confirm this, we noticed that a liquid we had accidentally spilled on the floor was still there after housekeeping had supposedly cleaned the room. The same M&M that had been under the table since the day we arrived was still in the exact same place, clearly showing that the area had not been vacuumed or cleaned. The carpet also appeared untouched, as the same dirt and debris remained.
Unfortunately, this experience was far below the level of cleanliness and quality we expected. We booked this accommodation trusting the standards associated with Booking.

The AC was moldy and gave me and my wife allergies. Also, the water pressure in the water was very bad. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable.

nothing else was what I expected ,had i knowledge it did not have an elevator I would not have book a room their. Not Ada compliance even tho their was handicap parking, their was not enough spots to park. They could not accomadate me when asked for a first floor room.

I liked the location
It wasn’t clean at all. We got a princess suite and the jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting. I ended up cleaning it myself with what I had. We put the maid service sign on in the morning and they didn’t come all day.

Location and free parking is good. Walkable to much of downtown.
Overall rooms are dated. Biggest issue is we found three silverfish (insects) in our room, which is absolutely unacceptable. They need to invest in pest control and better cleaning.
