Literally nothing lol. Worst experience of my life and they won't even give me a refund.
Everything. I only spent 15 minutes there before I turned around and left. The whole place was awful, made me feel unsafe, it wasn't clean, there was BLACK MOLD in the air con unit (which was also duct taped to the wall), the closet door was broken, the floors were sticky, the mirror was broken... I could go on and on. Also the door to the building was broken so it didn't lock, and as a solo female traveler - hell no!!! There was also some guy pestering me about if I was alone and what room I was in. Staff was just hanging around outside when I came, and when I told them I was leaving the guy just was like okay, didn't care, didn't offer another room or to try and make things right. He just acted as if this was a completely normal response. 0/10 do not come again!!!

Smoke detector hanging, plugs all mixed up with the switches , lose or hanging outlets and covered with scotch tape, not enough towels. 4 Little smelly pillows for king bed. Broken screens on windows. Hot tub jets spit out scum. Difficulty opening outside door. Very poor cleaning and maintenance. Will not return. Very disappointed. Hyatt hotels should remove their name from this hotel.

The refrigerator wasn't the usual small cube! Actually, had room for our stuff! Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. 1st floor was nice. After reading some really bad reviews, we were pleasantly surprised that it was overall very clean.
Couldn't pinpoint what it was or where it was coming from, but there was a very unpleasant odor in the entryway inside the room between the bathroom door & closet. Dog? Human? It was gross but thankfully wasn't in the main area. I believe I had asked for a room that didn't allow dogs to stay but not sure if that was the smell. I would have preferred a hotel wide no dog policy. Microwave in the room would have been helpful to heat up leftovers.
Easy parking and good pool as well as working ice machines
Spa tub was beat down, sink was leaking and pressure control on shower was missing/broken, drain for spa tub in the room above was leaking through the service hatch in the ceiling and woke me up with water dripping everywhere

Buracos queimados de cigarro no forro de cama,banheira recém pintada mas com mau qualidade na pintura,a fechadura da porta não funcionou e ficamos no corredor de madrugada,depois de ter ido 3 vezes na recepção e eles apenas tentarem arrumar por lá msm e não dá certo,funcionários mau educados principalmente oque fez nosso check in,já estive aqui outras vezes e foi melhor doque essa experiência.

Everything was walking distance. Restaurants, shops etc...
They should have microwaves either in each room or at least 1 microwave per floor or per building so people don't have to walk all the way to the lobby. By the time you go back to your room, the food is cold again. Also no chairs to sit on. Only a bed and jacuzzi. Folding chairs can work if not enough room cause of the jacuzzi
