Pros:

Everything was walking distance. Restaurants, shops etc...

Cons:

They should have microwaves either in each room or at least 1 microwave per floor or per building so people don't have to walk all the way to the lobby. By the time you go back to your room, the food is cold again. Also no chairs to sit on. Only a bed and jacuzzi. Folding chairs can work if not enough room cause of the jacuzzi

Pros:

Loved the location. The room was large. What was renovated was nice. The bed was comfortable once you got in. There were metal bars on the side that were annoying.

Cons:

We did not use the jacuzzi. Which we were looking forward to using. The jets were very dirty. We were also missing our microwave. The sheets are old and dingy.

Overall a very good stay, the hotel was clean, gave us no trouble, and in a very good location.
Pros:

Check-in was very smooth. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very nicely. There was a lot of space for parking in the front, and extra space in the back.

Cons:

The towel rack and toilet paper holder were both broken and kept snapping off. Didn't love that there was no bathroom in the lobby, and there was no breakfast option.

Reasonable price, centrally Iocated, clean, safe area!
Pros:

Great price for a solo traveler! The room was clean, AC worked, staff was friendly, and the location was fantastic! Right off Main Street, where there is so much to do within walking distance.

Cons:

The shower had about 3 minutes of hot water and then turned to ice. Awful! No outlets near the bed to charge your phone. Otherwise it was very nice.
