Pros:

Buen alojamiento para visitar NYC, a unos 20-25 minutos en autobús que te deja cerca de Times Square. Buen precio en comparación con los alojamientos de Manhattan.
Camas muy cómodas, gimnasio (no lo usamos) y buen desayuno con tostadas, dulces, huevos, café, zumos, etc.
Repetiría!!

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó es algo que es habitual en los alojamientos de Norteamérica (o al menos en los que conozco) y es que las ventanas no se abren, así que no se puede ventilar.

It was "cheap" compared to NYC hotel rooms, but overpriced for the quality.

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

I was under the impression that the hotel offered a shuttle service, but instead they just provide a map and directions to nearby shuttle services. To me, this was not ideal traveling with children thinking we would have direct drop off at the hotel. The elevator was also broken. We stayed for two nights and were told it would be fixed in the morning when checking in, it wasn't. We understand things happen. They also do not allow you to take breakfast back to your hotel room, which is uncomfortable if you do not want to eat in a crowded dining room.
