Cleanliness
9.4
Repeated positive mentions: rooms described as 'so comfortable and clean', 'excellent cleanness' and 'Sauberkeit top' — cleanliness is a clear strength.
Service
9.2
Staff described as friendly and praised by several guests (specific praise for manager and team), though some comments note language barriers and need for additional training — overall service is strong but with minor issues.
Location
9.6
Multiple reviews highlight proximity to Mardin airport and the ability to walk to the airport as a major convenience — location is an outstanding positive.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms frequently called comfortable and well appointed, but some guests noted narrow single beds and limited room movement; overall room quality is good with a minor drawback.
Amenities
8.8
Facilities are described as good and well appointed; however, a few guests noted missing items (notably no coffee at breakfast) — amenities are generally solid with small gaps.
Value for Money
7
Several guests explicitly complained about price vs. service (described as 'a bit expensive', 'not worth it', '5 star price but 3 star service') — clear weakness in perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast reviews are mixed: some guests called the breakfast excellent while others found it limited or missing coffee. Overall F&B is acceptable but inconsistent.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall impression is positive — comfortable, clean, convenient for airport use and friendly staff — tempered by concerns about breakfast and value for money.

Walk to the airport!
Pros:

The main draw is that one can walk to the airport from the hotel via a little path. So convenient, But it is also a very clean and well appointed place, with friendly staff.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Decent facilities but..
Pros:

Room is very clear, facilities are good, breakfast is decent.

Cons:

Their pricing is based on number of guests, not per room. So pay attention to select the proper number of guests. They also do not speak much English.

More training os needed for their staff.

I also had a minor issue when checking in but things got straight afterwards.
