Very warm welcome on arrival
Room was nice but had a slight smell off damp

מיקום מעולה, ניקיון, גודל החדר, הפטיו והעיצוב של החדרים.. והכי חשוב- הצוות מדהים! תמיד היה שמח לעזור בכל דבר. היה לנו טיול שקבענו מוקדם בבוקר והם ארזו לנו ארוחת בוקר בשקית לקחת איתנו.
בקיצור הכל היה מושלם!!! נחזור למלון שוב בהחלט.
היינו שמחים אם היה יותר גיוון בארוחת בוקר (שהיא הייתה טובה וטרייה אבל עדיין). ואם הייתה אופציה להכנת להכנת אומלט או לשים ביצים קשות.
Lokacija je izvrsna, osoblje vrlo ljubazno i pristupačno. Svakako prednost parkiran i čuvan automobil što je u centru starog grada vrlo teško naći. Internet mreža je dobra. Pohvaljujem doručak koji je raznovrstan a osoblje u restoranu vrlo uslužno. Svakako ću se vratiti u ovaj hotel ukoliko me put nanese u Firenzu ponovo.

The room was recentely renovated, the staff was nice and helpfull and the breakfast was OK compared to others from Italy.
Almost 0 soundproofing. I dont know if it was the walls or the ventilation system but damn you could hear everything.
Also a strage thing was that the AC was defaulted to 17 degrees Celsius with option to close it or increase to 22.
The issue was that when you would leave the room, the AC was auto starting at 17 degrees and when you came back to the room after some hours, it was freezing.
This could be a "what you like" for US travelers I suppose.
I had to leave the window opened a bit so the AC to not start when i left the room.

Central location on a quieter side street. Rooms were well decorated and quiet. Comfy beds.
