Pros:

The hotel is nice and at the great location to visit all the sights in Florence by foot. The staff is very friendly and ccoperative. The breakfast is good and the waiters are helpful and very kind. I would recommend this hotel

Cons:

The only thing I did not like is that the hotel needs a little bit of refurbishing to look like on the pictures. Our room was cosy and nice but there were some stains on the wall like the water from the bathtub which was on the other side of that wall flew out and did not dry.

El hotel está genial. Muy bien ubicado, al lado de la estación de tren y de la Piazza Santa María de Novella. La zona es tranquila.
El desayuno está muy bien.
Y el personal es encantador.
