L’emplacement est tres bien. Le personnel est aux petits soins et tres gentil. La chambre était tres propre et bien agencée avec une jolie petite terrasse

Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare Firenze, a due passi dalla stazione. Lo staff è sempre cordiale e disponibile. Colazione buona così come il ristorante.
La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa e comoda.
Ottimo il servizio piscina per rilassarvi e rinfrescarvi dopo essere stati alla scoperta di Firenze .

Nice, make sure you don’t receive a room near a seating area or dogs in the rooms nearby

It was very noisy, there was a seating area outside my room and other guests just sat there until late at night and talked, there was also a dog on the floor that wouldn't stop barking.

Da localização, conforto do quarto,, limpeza do quarto e café da manhã.

Cons:

Do atendimento do colaborador da recepção Alé. Uma pessoa sem qualquer habilidade com o público, atendimento inferior aos demais recepcionistas do hotel.
