Ok look another area not near construction

Hampton Inn never dissapoints
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the mall and to restaurants, room was very comfortable, nice bed and very clean. Breakfast very simple but had good options.

Cons:

The room view was showing a construction happening in the back

Okay stay but very dissapointed in the uncleanliness of the bathroom floor.
Pros:

Good location and good breakfast

Cons:

The elevator is very loud and my bathroom floor was not cleaned. There were a lot of hair from previous guests.

I didn't stay there. We paid for my daughter to stay there for a night to be close to her work the next morning and to save her from driving back and forth from Port St Lucie. She had come back to FL from PA with the flu. I didn't want her driving back home. Plan was to be close to work the next day, but she was too sick to even work. She reported that the hotel was comfortable and clean. Thank you for accommodating her in a last minute situation

We will book again requesting the opposite side of the building.
Pros:

Hotel and staff were great, the free breakfast was good. We stayed 3 nights and the choices were different each day.

Cons:

They re building a high rise apartment building next door and the
construction noise was very bothersome. Nothing they can do about the noise, I understand that. Just be aware.

Cons:

There are major construction works behind the hotel so between 7.30am - around 5pm ish you can hear a dull hum. Not the fault of the hotel at all

location was close to the wedding we attended

Cons:

I tried working this out with booking.com as front desk on Friday night was awful. Still no word back. I have stayed in Hampton in numerous times and even used them at another location for a huge family event. When we arrived at this room there was a horrible chemical smell. I mentioned it to the front desk and their attitude was that I could leave if I wanted. No sympathy no effort to change room. Management was not available until Monday. Frankly, just rudeness. We were in the area for a wedding and had very little time to get to the out of town activity that evening. I cranked up the A/c to see if that would help. When we arrived back, the smell was worse--with a trace of cigerette smell. It's almost as if the chemicals were in the room to mask the smell. I again went to the front desk to encounter the same uncaring clerk. I called booking.com who was sympathetic but also couldn't reach managemen. The next morning I awoke with an awful sinus headache. A new very sweet older woman was at the front desk who was very sympathetic but could not do much without management. However, she did give me claritin/ benedryl which helped. We had a busy day to get ready for the wedding so I just dealt with it with the benefit of meds which I don't usually take. My family , who is less sensitive to me also were upset about the smell. Out of curiosity, I went into another room that was being cleaned and did not experience this odor. I later learned that our type of room was. not available but other rooms were. A very easy solution would have been to put us in two separate rooms. (there were four of us, two adults, two kids). but again, nothing could be done without management. We were so happy to get out of that room on Sunday.

I had a comfortable stay and that meant everything to me!!

Comfortable. Clean. Easy to get in/out. Great location. NOT near the airport! Grandson enjoyed breakfast on site!

More to choose on the tv; selection was very minimal...
