Pros:

Great location, plenty of parking. Clean, spacious rooms

Cons:

There are major construction works behind the hotel so between 7.30am - around 5pm ish you can hear a dull hum. Not the fault of the hotel at all

location was close to the wedding we attended

I tried working this out with booking.com as front desk on Friday night was awful. Still no word back. I have stayed in Hampton in numerous times and even used them at another location for a huge family event. When we arrived at this room there was a horrible chemical smell. I mentioned it to the front desk and their attitude was that I could leave if I wanted. No sympathy no effort to change room. Management was not available until Monday. Frankly, just rudeness. We were in the area for a wedding and had very little time to get to the out of town activity that evening. I cranked up the A/c to see if that would help. When we arrived back, the smell was worse--with a trace of cigerette smell. It's almost as if the chemicals were in the room to mask the smell. I again went to the front desk to encounter the same uncaring clerk. I called booking.com who was sympathetic but also couldn't reach managemen. The next morning I awoke with an awful sinus headache. A new very sweet older woman was at the front desk who was very sympathetic but could not do much without management. However, she did give me claritin/ benedryl which helped. We had a busy day to get ready for the wedding so I just dealt with it with the benefit of meds which I don't usually take. My family , who is less sensitive to me also were upset about the smell. Out of curiosity, I went into another room that was being cleaned and did not experience this odor. I later learned that our type of room was. not available but other rooms were. A very easy solution would have been to put us in two separate rooms. (there were four of us, two adults, two kids). but again, nothing could be done without management. We were so happy to get out of that room on Sunday.

I had a comfortable stay and that meant everything to me!!
Pros:

Comfortable. Clean. Easy to get in/out. Great location. NOT near the airport! Grandson enjoyed breakfast on site!

Cons:

More to choose on the tv; selection was very minimal...

Spacious room, well-maintained hotel
Pros:

Very spacious room, great breakfast, everything’s new and well-maintained.

Plenty of parking spaces

The front desk lady Rudy is just a hospitality star - she made us feel so welcome and we left with a smile every time we talked to her, helping us with all the questions we had.

Good place if everything goes well. Any issue? "not my business".
Cons:

To reimburse the hotel expenses I need an invoice. I contacted the hotel several times, was rejected or totally ignored, so most likely the hotel costs stay on my bill :-( So I'm pretty sure this was my last stay there.

Pros:

The employees were very kind and helpful. The inside of the property was nice

Cons:

The outside especially the pool area is in serious need of cleaning and upgrading. Need new furniture. Statues were broken. I would not have gotten in the pool as it was not clean
