Pros:

The ambiance throughout the property was incredible, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel comfortable right away.

Cons:

It appeared that the bed sheets may not have been changed before our arrival, which seemed to trigger our sinus allergies. We requested that the sheets be changed and after they were replaced, the sneezing stopped completely. I recommend sheets be changed before guests arrive and quick room clean.

Leaking fridge water on the floor. Main 1st floor men’s bathroom ceiling had collapse, big blower in there to dry it out.
