We would definitely stay there again however we would ask for a better located room
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the AC in the room was cold

Cons:

We were on the third floor all the way at the opposite end of the elevator on the hallway and the opposite end of the lobby when we got to first floor, so it was a lot of walking. And the hallways were super hot like there was no air-conditioning in them.

Overall, it’s a place I would stay again.
Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice temp and the jacuzzi was working. It is also within walking distance of several decent restaurants. Lastly, my daughter’s flight didn’t arrive DIA until 2am. It was great to have the shuttle service pick her up.

Cons:

I was staying on the 4th floor. Only the west elevator was working so it took time to get it. Then the ice machine was not working. I used the stairs and went to the 3rd floor one. It also wasn’t working. Then I used stairs and went down to front desk. They told me the working ice machines were on floors 1,2, and 5. I told them that would’ve have been nice info to have before my search. I used stairs and went back up to my floor. A little while later there was an “out of order” sign on the 4th floor machine and it said where to find the working ones.

Convenient Travel from Airport, Comfy Bed and Good Staff
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

The nearest elevator was inoperable, there was a bad smell of mildew in the shower and the breakfast was a 2/10.

Stay somewhere else!
Pros:

Check in was easy. The person was pleasant and got us two rooms close to each other.

Cons:

The fold-out couch didn't have linens, pillows or blankets. The ones they evenually provided didn't fit the terrible mattress. The phone didn't work. The hotel smelled of sewage. The elevator near the lobby was broken so my 85-year-old mother had to walk 2 city blocks to get to her room. The water faucet on the tub was stuck and we couldn't turn it on.

Pros:

This stay the room was nice. Work table area, sitting chair, queen bed, mini fridge, coffee machine, TV Plenty of storage area. Room was nice and neat when I arrived.

Cons:

There's no middle elevater that's working. Also wifi is not secure. It would be nice if some vending machines where placed on the individual floors for convenience.
