Pros:

The woman helping with check in was nice. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

The staff member that was there in the morning when we were taking the shuttle was very off-putting and abrasive. We arrived 5 minutes early for our shuttle, along with 4 other people, and he told us very rudely that we needed to be there at least 10 minutes early (which no one told us) and so the shuttle driver already left. He then acted like it was a major inconvenience (at 4:20 am) for him to have to call up the shuttle driver and have him come back. He also acted like it was a major inconvenience for him to get us bagels from the back since breakfast was not out yet (which the lady at check in told us we could ask for). Very unpleasant interaction.

Great deal but mid service and breakfast
Pros:

The pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The waffles were really tasty.

Cons:

The Continental breakfast was more limited than many others. No potatoes, bacon, or pastries. The room key needed to be changed 4 times in 2 days, being locked out and having to go to the front desk that many times was horrible. The staff seemed annoyed and showed little to none empathy, instead making sure we knew nothing could be done about it.
