Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location in Shinjuku.

Cons:

It felt a bit old and we could smell the odour of cigarettes in the room.

Pros:

お部屋は和室でしたが、綺麗で広々としていて過ごしやすかったです。アメニティも一通り揃ってました

Cons:

ドライヤーの風力が弱く髪を乾かすのに時間がかかりました。
また、浴槽の排水口が詰まり気味なのか流れにくかったのでシャワーで済ませました。浴室自体は広くて良かったです
