Great location. Horribly uncomfortable.
Cons:

The bed was so thin you can feel the springs in the mattress. The toilet room is small, your knees touch the wall when you sit down.

The shower was great.

Location. Free umbrellas (we already had umbrellas, but this is a nice gesture).

Cons:

The listing stated 24hr check in when the reservation was made, but as soon as the reservation was made I received a notice that the check in time requested was not available. I had to spend an extra fee in order to use a service which was initially advertised as part of the package. Despite the fact that 2 rooms were booked for the same party, the members of one room were not allowed to meet with the other when half of us did early check in. This means we had to make 2 trips to bring everyone's luggage up.

Pros:

The bedrooms were a lot bigger than expected. It was in a good location not very far from the train stations.

Cons:

The wifi did keep cutting out a lot so had to use paid data instead.

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione. Ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff è disponibile e fa di tutto per aiutarti. Ho soggiornato qui ogni volta che sono andato a Tokyo. Il migliore!

Cons:

Consiglio di revisionare meglio la struttura. Ho notato della muffa nel condizionatore e in bagno. Con delle piccole accortezze sarebbe perfetto!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location in Shinjuku.
