Unique place on bay with great views!
Great location and amazing service.
Great lil place! 3 sister properties, private beach, free happy hour I could go on and on. We will definitely return. This is our new favorite getaway!
At first, it was a little confusing because we went to the address of the hotel and it was not on the beach side. It didn’t look like the pictures in the front so I was disappointed. Thank goodness there is a big sign with the address of the main hotel for check-in. The front desk staff explained that the our hotel is waterfront with a marina. They were extremely nice and patient with my initial frustration. Once they showed me that it is like the picture on the backside, I felt so much better. The main hotel is beach front but the other two are waterfront (canal). We had access to the beautiful beachfront and stayed for the spectacular sunset and walked the beach.
The hotel is a small and quaint hotel. It is old but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is extremely small. Overall, the hotel was nice for an overnight trip.
The view was spectacular and viewing the marine life was incredible!
The property is older and in my opinion can use an upgrade.
The location is excellent and the staff phenomenal!
Extremely friendly staff and great location!
We stayed at the Bayview Plaza, the service was very good. The staff made sure you were taken care of and were friendly. Access to the beach and pool across the street were nice! The resort is eco friendly, clean, and convenient.
Great resort with hosts that care the stay goes well throughout and the free happy hour was nice too! Right on beach can’t beat it.
The Bayview Plaza Waterfront was a nice and convenient location to beach access and various eateries. Bay views were a welcome experience too. The excessive resort fees were a bit surprising. Nearly $90 for 2 nights. This was not clearly noted on travel sight. This should automatically be included in quoted rate on travel sights.
Would have swayed our decision had we known ahead of time.
The staff at this multi-property family resort are incredibly kind, professional, and responsive, with a special shout out to Kylie? (long braids) who came over to our bayside room from the main beachside office numerous times and was very helpful! I think this property is great for families, with lots of kid-friendly oversized “topiaries,” activities, cartoony “shark art” and outdoor space. There are grilling/picnic areas/decks, clean pools, and we saw manatees in the bay! The queen 1BR suite we stayed in was freshly painted, clean and quite large — would sleep 6 comfortably with lots of room for bags, toys, etc. — but felt a little spartan in amenities (no carpets, limited lighting fixtures, unattractive bright LED’s). As a couple we were comfortable but it wasn’t quite the level of luxury and “escape” that we were wanting, and we had to engage the (always-helpful) staff to contend with a string of little issues with a broken ice maker, lockouts, and TV/internet problems. Our balconies were directly on Gulf Blvd with no real view and a very bright large white sign for a defunct business next door shining into the bedroom all night (not sure how that’s even allowed, with orange-hued “Sea Turtle Lighting” everywhere else.) I will say that even though our room was across the street, beachside access was very easy and the bay inlet was picturesque, and I think overall it’s a great place — with lots of walkable dining and a Walgreens — to stay for a few family days.
We had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Annika during our stay, and she truly made the experience unforgettable.
We had an issue with the washing machine on site so Annika stopped by our room, inquired about the issue and grabbed my “not washed” clothes from the machine that didn’t work. She then took them to wash and dry in the hotels machines and even dropped them back off to us - all while having a smile!
Annika went above and beyond to ensure our small issue was resolved.
Her professionalism is matched by her kindness, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about guests having the best possible experience.
Annika is the kind of employee who elevates a hotel from good to exceptional.
I will definitely return knowing I’ll be in such great hands.
The staff were the best part of the property. It wasn't super convenient to go to the main office for anything because of having to cross a busy road and walking a block and parking was limited so we couldn't park there to use the pool or amenities. The room itself was clean and we appreciated the view on the bay but the bed wasn't comfortable at all. Overall, it was a decent value but the office being so far offsite with the better pool, beach access and bar but no parking for guests of the other hotels was a real detractor for us.
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff what so kind and helpful. Loved how we were able to fish and enjoy the pool. Only issue is we have a huge roach in our room one night but it’s Florida what can you expect! We will definitely be back in the future!
Great hotel. This is a gem in the middle of St. Pete Beach.
Property was in a great location with great amenities. Tanner was amazing and got us checked in early because our flight arrived so early. Every single staff member we talked to was very helpful and so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!!
Very cute property. Staff was top notch, communicative, friendly, accommodating. Walkable to many places to eat. Saw a manatee munching off the dock, caught some fish, enjoyed with peacefulness. Only thing needing attention is the beds need to be replaced.
Great place to stay in St Pete Beach.
I really liked that it was a small, very friendly environment. The staff greeted you with a WELCOME HOME. I thought that was a nice touch. All and all I had a great experience.
Nice location. Best to reserve room closest to beach access because their are 3 properties but only one has beach access. Pools are clean. Free happy hour at pool near beach access. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a Walgreens. If you have a boat, you can dock it on the property on the bay. They have grills available for cooking out and a nice kitchen in each room.
We just spent 3 nights in the "Penthouse Suite". Should have left after seeing it. VERY rundown and on top of that, dirty. The pictures you see are not accurate! they are either very old or very "doctored".
Also, NOTHING extra...no coffee filters, no paper towels, no S&P...if you plan to cook, bring everything but the pan.
Truly an awful place!
