Acceptable, but not great.
Pros:

The hotel staff was polite, and the breakfast was good.

The gym equipment is dated—the staff couldn’t get the peloton bike to work (needed a hotel activation code/wasn’t connected to WiFi), the pulley weight system is missing basic one arm grips to be able to do any sort of two pulley exercises, and the dumbbells are weirdly skipping from 20lbs to 35 lbs due to missing 25 and 30’lb weights. Over last year the gym has never been air conditioned.

The room was in tough shape as the hotel is going thru a 1 year remodel. My rooms shower curtain rod was about to fall off and the curtain was torn in many places. Tiles broken in bathroom and I had to wiggle power outlets to ensure my devices charging. The mattress seemed to have a little more give than a standard hotel mattress. Sitting at the desk, I had to sit on front edge of wood seat because if I sat in the center I sank three inches from seat being worn out.

Overall an acceptable stay—I had a hot shower, slept and good breakfast, but the usual niceties expected with Hilton properties were a little lackluster.

Cons:

Room was very very cold because of the fault of a window gap. They tried fixing but didn’t work we stayed 3 days in very cold room and we didn’t have a safe in room finally last day they brought the safe. But the can’t compensate because I booked through a third party. But the staff was very nice.

Unsanitary, unprofessional front desk staff and noisy
Pros:

The bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathtub was heavily stained and appeared improperly cleaned (I have photo proof). I slipped getting in the shower tub due to debris left unclean appearing to be oily cosmetic residue. The toilet was also dirty and appeared halfway broken, which made the room feel unsanitary from the start. Several hairs found on the blanket in the closet, mattress encasement was halfway removed increasing the likelihood of bed bugs and fleas. Made it very difficult to sleep knowing I could be sleeping with bed bugs. Empty lotion and body wash bottles at check in. Front desk Staff that would tell me to call back at a time more convenient for them and didn’t take my concerns seriously.

Noise was another major issue. The unit above me was extremely loud, and neighboring guests were slamming doors and allowing children to scream, making it very difficult to rest or sleep.

I also ordered a to-go meal, which arrived burnt, hard, and inedible, yet I was still charged for it.

As mentioned above, the front desk experience was equally frustrating. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked for sugar for my coffee, I was ignored despite following up, and there was little to no acknowledgment when walking past or leaving the property.

Overall, this stay fell far below what I expect from Embassy Suites and Hilton. Between the lack of cleanliness, excessive noise, poor food quality, and dismissive staff, I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Pros:

This hotel is really run down. Can't believe it a 4* on booking.com.

Cons:

Furniture is so old and not clean. Spring covers are ripped. Clearly shown and not replaced.

Nice hotel, well maintained, better than average breakfast offerings. We would stay there again.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings, but some were luke warm.

Cons:

The room was cold, finally warmed up after several hours once we turned up the heat. One of the guests at breakfast, who tried to have a bowl of cereal, told us they ran out of milk, kitchen wide. The lines at breakfast were long and only one side of the buffet had food, even though both sides had warmed chafing dishes; they contained only hot water. Very strong chlorine odor from the pool when you enter the hotel, but it didn't bother us in the room or breakfast area.

Cons:

I was told that by staff breakfast was at a different time then it was so when I arrived it was already closing up and my kids hardly had anything to eat. Multiple other guests had said the same thing.
