Expensive, disappointed weekend stay.
Pros:

Elevators were quick

Photos do not look anything like the actual facility. Sofa sleeper was a futon that had half the faux leather peeled off. Kitchenette was not equipped with any supplies. There was a fight that broke out in the room a floor above us and when I went to call the front desk to report it, there was no phone. I had to look up the phone number on my cell phone to call. Walls were water damaged, layers of spackle and paint covering but extremely noticeable with areas that were actually peeling. Wind coming in through the window seal. Curtains were sprinkled with little holes. There was a black out for a few hours on the island and my family decided to take the stairway instead of chancing it on the elevator. We found the stairway outside and at first we thought it was a storage closet because there were junked luggage carts rolled up carpets and other furniture. As we looked further in, we saw that it was the entrance to the stairway. Not safe at all. The side door that leads to the pool was always open, it wouldn’t closed. The hot tub wasn’t working, the man upfront said that it couldn’t be turned on.

Very uncomfortable and sleepless 2 nights
Pros:

They only had cereal, milk, bad coffee and a loaf of bread for toast or to add peanut butter and Jelly.

Cons:

Very old and outdated facility. Moisture smell very strong in the room and facility, Microwave and outlets not working, Jacuzzi not working. The mattress to the sofa sleeper very old and uncomfortable you literally felt the springs. Do not recommend this property specially if you're traveling with family. Last but not least there's no phones in the rooms for emergency.

Not good they only had toast and cereal no coffee and the night attendant was rude did not treat my wife right she asked for towels he said bring the other towels my wife told him there's none in the room and we asked for sheets and a blanket for the sofa sleeper he said why didn't you ask the cleaning ladies we told him we were out fishing that's why we didn't ask them so we asked him he got mad

Everything… mold in the bathroom, it smelled nasty throughout the whole hotel. Bare necessity for breakfast with a pool table to rack em up for breakfast.

Receptionists were horrible!
I work hard for every dollar I make so of course I will complain about it, because it was done the wrong way! Plus check out was at 11:30 and I was out before 11 so yes, I had time to clean up and that’s why I had asked for a broom.
