Excelente atencion, Además el area de barbacoa muy util.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación del Hotel, casi a pie de playa. Siempre intento reservar en esa cadena por las atenciones del personal.

Ceiling was falling apart ,dirty walls ,restroom tile,curtains in room had stains and holes on them,no cups or anything for kitchenette, will TOW you With Parking Permit be careful ELEVATOR DOESN'T WORK!!!!

Pros:

One of the employees was genuinely sorry about my reservation. Two other employees were not helpful at all.

Cons:

Nothing worked, not the tv half of the room light. Sheets were not properly cleaned. This place made motel 6 look lime Hilton.

A nightmare!

It had a good location and parking lot

Cons:

Where to begin, the property is old and poorly maintained, the elevators get jammed, the walls on our rooms were patched and not painted over, the bathroom door as well, the refrigerator of a room was leaking form the door and was all rusty, the balcony ceiling had mold and huge humidity problems, the sofa was dirty and stained, pillowcases were stained with mascara from previous guests, the bathroom didn’t have towels, there are no phones in the rooms so you have to go all the way down to the lobby to ask for some. There is no 24/7 staff at the front desk, so forget about making an emergency checkout. You HAVE to let the front desk know if you are checking out before 9:00 AM, otherwise your deposit (which MUST be paid in cash) can’t be given back, because there is no staff. The reservation said breakfast included… you don’t even get complimentary coffee or water at the front desk as in most hotels.

Pool is too small for so many people booked. No breakfast included. AC was off in reception, receptionist was all sweaty, that doesn’t give a good impression for this place. Washers were not functioning.

I would not recommend this place nor would I ever stay here again.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I had to pay $100 cash deposit on arrival. My remote for the tv didn’t work and the receptionist did nothing about it. There was mold in the bathroom and around the AC unit.

Nothing was good about the blue pay

Cons:

We had no a/c, the employees were very rude, the room was supper dirty, the towels were very dirty, had no fridge, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Nice location but needs a lot of cleaning

Needs a deep clean . Also the short hispanic with blonde hair had me waiting on check out to see the room and didn't even tell me i left my book. Plis there was blood in my sink
