Love staying here the room is totally new all clean no bugs lots of hot water the pool and playground are great

I loved how close it was the amusement park

The rooms smelled horrible when we checked in to the point we had to get a candle to burn and there was mold all on the walls it was disgusting omg never again

For the price it's perfect, being so close to Kings dominion, and the rooms are clean and nice.
Pros:

Great location next to Kings Dominion, only a 4 min walk.

Cons:

Some parts of the property are run down. Can be a bit rowdy with other guest at night.
