Good night sleep.
Pros:

Conveniently located and a great value.

Cons:

There could have been more places to charge a cellphone but that's just me nit picking over all it was a good stay.

I LIKED THE FACT IT HAD A RESTAURANT BESIDE THE HOTEL. I WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO KINGS DOMINION

Cons:

IT SAID IT HAD BREAKFAST BUT I DIDNT SEE ANY BREAKFAST BUT SOME ORANGE JUICE AND APPLE JUICE.
THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM CAVED IN SOME AND THE TUB AREA HAD DIRT IN IT FROM THE CEILING

Unexpected Complication

Location was close to our venue.

Cons:

Front desk made me wait while they were talking to what sounded like their mother or other family member for me to ask about towels.
The grounds were very dirty with dog feces everywhere.
There was a robbery one evening and we weren't allowed to get to our room. We had to get another room at another different hotel. This was not the hotel's fault, however I contacted the hotel owner who said they would reimburse me for the one night. After several attempts he never did the reimbursement.

Days inn means stay away from now on to me.
Pros:

The property is easily accessible. The location is walking distance to Kings Dominion. The Mexican restaurant on property was very good.

Cons:

Room was nasty. Molded ceilings in bathroom and mildew and other stains in the shower. Crayon drawings all over the walls. Ironing board was filthy and would not sit level. Hairdryer was missing. Hairs on 4 or 5 of the towels we had during the week as well as wash cloths. Had to beg for service as they only service the room upon request. Trash piled up in the walkway. Oh and the room smelled like pot when we checked in. Water stains on most walls an ceiling.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

It’s right across the parking lot to Kings Dominion so we’re able to slow down and enjoy the park without worrying about being too tired to drive home.

Cons:

I personally feel that all hotels should have larger bath towels. Not just this particular one. As a slightly larger lady I find the small towels lacking.

The stay was ok once I cleaned it up. It did sound like someone was trying to enter the bathroom. I don’t know what that
Pros:

The first room I was given the room smelled really bad and the bathtub was filthy. The second room the sheets had what looked t like pizza stains and hair in the bed and on the phone. It seems as if the bed was just made after the last guest. The sheets were definitely not washed. I went to Walmart and purchased new sheets and Lysol for the room and cleaned it myself. The convenience was cool since it was across the street from the park.

BEWARE
Pros:

Being very close to kings dominion

Cons:

Very dirty, moved rooms twice. Both rooms did not look as if they were ever clean. sink back up. Toliet had to hold handle to flush. Rings around tub, shower curtain had mold all over bottom. Would never go back
