Cleanliness friendly staff nice rooms
Was warmly greeted and megan was very helpful. Property was very nice and updated. Rooms are very well maintained and cleaning staff did an excellent job. Will easily come back.
Close to location I needed to be.
Took an hour for us to get linens for our sofa bed which was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this hotel. I was charged for both Friday and Saturday night when I only stayed on Saturday. Trying to resolve the issue was a headache in itself — the staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. Instead of taking ownership of what was clearly a billing mistake, they acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for it to be corrected.
On top of that, the breakfast is wildly overpriced. When I was growing up cold eggs and cereal was included. For the cost, you’d expect something high quality or at least included as a courtesy — not a mediocre spread that feels like an afterthought.
Between the billing issues, poor customer service, and overpriced food, this was an incredibly disappointing stay. I strongly recommend double-checking your bill and before you get swindled too. I would rather eat glass then stay at ANY Holiday Inn, Stay bridge, Candlewood Suits, or any other IHG brand again.
I stayed here for a nearby seminar. It made sense to travel back and forth without having to deal with traffic in the city. The day was considerably less stressful because everything was close by.
I was particularly impressed by the bathroom because it was spotless, well-lit, and equipped with all I needed. The morning routine before leaving was made simple by clean towels and high water pressure.
I enjoyed the room's quietness during my one-night stay for work. The bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep through the night without waking up, and the non-smoking setup made a significant difference. After a long day, it was simple to unwind.
Although I was only there for one night, the room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the cozy bed. After a long day of travel, it was simple to relax and rejuvenate.
I found staying here to be very useful when I attended a small event at the convention center. Moving between sessions was hassle-free due to the overall setup and the easy-to-navigate area surrounding the hotel.
This was a great place for me to stay while attending a nearby event. Being near major roads made it simple to move around without having to deal with traffic in the city. It was practical without being noisy or crowded.
My guest room and the common areas felt like they had just been renovated. The bathroom was well-stocked, the towels were clean, and everything was tidy. I liked the hotel's overall contemporary vibe.
The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, and clean. I will definitely stay at this property again.
I thought booking included breakfast but was told in am it did not so was bit surprised but otherwise all was good.
As usual, the workers here are polite and top-notch. Mats a at the front and Annie at the bar are amazing. My issue is the hotel itself and some updated policies. As usual, one elevator is broken, leaving just one. The floors in the hallways are dirty every morning and littered with salt and grime. The new policy of no DoorDash delivery to the room is frustrating. I see no safety ‘risk’ as claimed since anyone off the street can simply enter the building and elevators as it is. Can’t simply eat your DoorDash meal at a table in the lobby, must order from the overpriced restaurant. The workout room has much to be desired. At least there were towels and wipes. Could spend maybe $300 for yoga mats and a few simple items to make it complete. Treadmills need service. Will likely book again since options are limited in the area.
