It was good over all except for the mishap in the payment. But the room service is very good.
Pros:

I like the room service who truly made an effort to serve us what we need.

Cons:

I don't know where to place the blame between booking.com or the hotel. I have placed the number of guests I will use the room for but it seems the price posted on Booking.com is for 2. I booked for 4/room yet the charge was only for 2. So, upon paying the room at the hotel, the price is more expensive than expected.

not worth the money, expected more since this was an IHG property and very inflexible refund/booking process
Pros:

they helped fix a problem upon check in and had attentive staff that gave us missing amenities

Cons:

an hour past check in and they couldn’t even check us in, the amenities were dated and missing, cleanliness was lacking; we also had to have 2 hours worth of phone calls and texts to change / rebook

Mall is just downstairs so it’s very convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly staff.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this Holiday Inn! The entire team was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Ann and Arjay, who took wonderful care of us and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you all for such a great experience!
