A very pleasant stay apart form the debacle on the towels.
Pros:

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Property is in a great location and is clean. Staff extremely helpful and very professional. Each staff member we encountered either from front desk, those at the door greeting guests, or even those at the entrances to the mall monitoring who was going in and out provided excellent customer service and were attentive.

We stayed twice at this hotel during our extended trip as we explored another area and then returned to this hotel with family. Both times our room was clean and had beautiful views. Ample space and the bed was very comfortable! 3rd and 4th floor had direct entrances to the neighboring mall which was convenient.

From this location we walked to other parts near the hotel for coffee and ended up in another mall not too far away so great location to explore on foot.

Housekeeping did a great job in keeping our rooms refreshed and stocked. Great place to stay!
