Pros:

Room was great and comfortable for what i payed for, i never got food at the restaurants but i did order room service sometimes and they were very good with it.

Cons:

The only complaint id say i had was the pillows were not what im used to/need due to my sleep apnea my neck and back were quite sore from it as they were too soft both the firm and soft versions.

Surprisingly Great Stay

Good experience
Pros:

The hotel service is always excellent, and I choose to stay here every time I come to manila. Special praise to Cris from the summit lounge, who greets me warmly every time. He is polite, considerate and thoughtful, making me feel welcomed. Its also a good place to view the sunset. Highly recommended!
