Poor communication with the host
Pros:

The neighborhood felt safe, and there was an excellent Italian restaurant nearby that we really enjoyed.

Cons:

We stayed here during our trip to Frankfurt, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
The room was not as clean as we expected, and the lack of air conditioning was a major issue. During our stay, the outside temperature was around 40°C, making the room extremely hot. Because there was no AC, we had to sleep with the window open, but that meant our room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke from outside, which made it very uncomfortable.
Communication was also very poor. We asked if a late check-out would be possible, but we never received a reply. When it was time to check out, we had to use a self-service screen, which gave us an error saying we had exceeded the check-out time by just 12 minutes and needed to go to reception. However, there was no one at reception, and a notice said staff would only be available in the afternoon. We sent another message asking for assistance, but once again, no one responded.
Another frustrating issue was that there was no hot water one evening. We were never informed that there was a problem or that it was being fixed. The only communication we received was the following morning, when they informed us that the hot water was available again.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, missing amenities, and the way issues were handled made our stay far less enjoyable than expected. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Pros:

Wir waren für 1 Nacht, und mit 2 Erwachsenen und einer 12 jährigen zum The Weekend Konzert in diesem Apartment. Wir haben uns Kurz vor Ankunft bekamen wir noch einen netten Anruf, mit der Info, dass man uns noch ein Zustellbett zur Verfügung stellt.
Dort angekommen, haben wir uns im Parkhaus einfach auf einen freien Platz gestellt. Für diesen zahlt man 27 Euro für 24 Std. Das selber einchecken im 1 OG klappte einwandfrei.
Schön groß, Mikrowelle, Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher,Nespresso Maschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, kleine Spülmaschine, Ventilator, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Waschtrockner, Fön, TV, Ausreichend Teller, Besteck Töpfe, 1 Pfanne, also wirklich alles vorhanden, was man evtl. braucht. Im Schrank befindet sich ein Safe. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Es gibt im Bad eine Badewanne und eine Dusche. Es gab auch ausreichend Handtücher.
In der Küche waren noch 3 Spülmaschinen Tabs, 1 Schwamm/- und Schwammtuch, 1 Geschirrtuch, 1 Müllsack extra vorhanden. Spülmittel und Abwaschbürste. Im Bad gab es original Seife/Duschgel von Rituals.
Positiv war auch die Lage. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, S-Bahn 2 Minuten zu Fuß und von dort nur 1 Station zum Stadion.

Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Rewe.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden für unseren nächsten Besuch wieder hier einchecken.

Es hat rein technisch alles gut funktioniert. Die Zimmergröße war super.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Zwar waren Küchenutensilien vorhanden, aber kein Esstisch.

Klein aber Fein
Pros:

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Super Anbindung an die Bahn und damit an die Stadt.

Cons:

Wenn man die Fenster öffnet, was wir auf Grund von sommerlichen Temperaturen getan haben, ist es ziemlich laut. Das ist allerdings der Nähe zum Flughafen geschuldet ist auch nicht die komplette Nacht.
Der Rauchmelder ist genau über dem Herd angebracht, was zum Essen kochen sehr ungünstig ist.
