A localização é excelente: a curta caminhada da estação de trens urbanos (S-Bahn: Savignyplatz) e do metrô (U7: Adenauerplatz);
- Estúdio bastante confortável e equipado com uma cozinha bastante funcional e com bons aparelhos e utensilhos;
- Muito bom ar-condicionado (Coisa rara na Europa e, principalmente, na Alemanha!): potente e digital;
- Estúdio, banheiro e dependências do hotel extremamente novas e bem conservadas.

Cons:

Não consumi o café da manhã, mas, se não estiver incluído na diária, não aconselho: não vale a tarifa cobrada pelo que é oferecido.

Vi kom halvanden time efter tjek ind. På trods heraf var det ene af vores værelser ikke klar. Vi fik at vide det ville tage yderligere en halv time, og at receptionen ville give besked så snart værelset var rengjort. Vi hørte ikke noget efter 40 min. Da Vi havde en aftale i byen, og ikke længere havde tid til at vente - fik vi først nøglen til vores værelse kl. 23.45

Meget venligt personale, vi fik et værelse mod gården så der var meget roligt og værelset var meget rent. Beliggenheden er god med offentlig transport tæt på og supermarked 5 min fra hotellet.

Apartamento limpio , cómodo, moderno, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario pero sin productos sobrantes de huéspedes anteriores. Precisamente por eso. Bien ubicado para visitar Berlín . Personal con los que tuvimos trato, excelente y excepcional, gracias Kruno y Zaida por vuestra profesionalidad. Safe and air conditioned
Pros:

Cold filtered water was available in the lobby, reception was very nice. The hotel is in a slower part of the town and it feels very safe. The air conditioning was excellent and I did not notice any street noise.

Cons:

We chose to eat breakfast off site because it was 20 per person and the spread that was available was very simple.
