Awesome stay!
Pros:

Super cute property, nearby the free gondola ride plus the shuttle station was close. Breakfast staff and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and nice!!

Pros:

It was a fantastic hotel to stay in Snowmass village. Especially the breakfast was awesome and energetic. They made juices freshly in front of us. I spoke to Ms. Catalina and her team, and they said they are completely revamping their breakfast menus and its very welcoming change from the regular continental breakfast that every other hotels provide. Thank you Catalina and Team Mt Chalet at Snowmass. Looking forward to see you again.

Terrible Customer Service and no hot shower in room #115
Pros:

I loved how close the property was to the mtn. Breakfast and the serving staff were AMAZING!

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The shower in my room was only lukewarm in the morning, despite spending nearly 10 minutes trying to get the water to warm up.
When I mentioned the issue to the two front desk associates at check-out, I was asked if I had let the water run long enough because it "takes a while to warm up." Frankly, I found that response unacceptable. Not only are we in a drought and should not be expected to waste large amounts of water, but I had already spent 10 minutes in a lukewarm shower waiting for hot water that never came.
I then explained that this issue needed to be addressed for future guests. Rather than receiving an apology or any sense of concern, I was met with a dismissive and rude response, and told that my complaint was being written down.
I paid nearly $300 for this room and believe that hot water and courteous customer service are basic expectations, not luxuries. The lack of both left me very dissatisfied with my experience.

Super close to slopes
Pros:

Very old property built in 1967. Staff was nice. Property is just old. If you are skiing, the location cannot be better.

Way above expectations!!!
Pros:

I really can't praise enough of this hotel! It literally is a ski-in ski out property, to start with! Complimentary breakfast and lunch on a daily basis? You must be kidding me! Walk a minute or two and you're at Snowmass Mall! A short stroll brings us to the bus stop where you'd take free rides into Aspen! Also, the shuttle stop is next to the property! There're 5 routes which you'd choose where you're gonna be! The hot pool and tub is just what everyone needs after a tiring day on the ski slopes! In summary, this is the best property to meet all your skiing needs during your holiday!

For an off season stay this was a great location and place to settle in as a base. Chilling in the spa was sensational.
Pros:

Location was amazing. And a good layout and room overall.

Pool was spa were in bad shape. Room fan did not work and the water pressure was way low.

Pros:

Staff courteous, room clean and shower was hot. We had out dog with us and had a room on the first floor that had a patio door to dog outdoor area. Decor is dated overall but hotel is clean which is what is important to me. Also had garage to park in for extra fee which was a nice option. Free breakfast.
