I should have looked at the reviews before booking

Cons:

When receiving our room key, we went to our room when reaching our room, we could see that the room door was already open. The door would not close the latch and door door knob was broken. We had to use the top block only really wasn’t too comfortable.

Not worth the price. This is a $75 room at best taxes included.

Cons:

From the staff to the old everything. Run down, dirty, elevators barely work and are excruciatingly hot inside of them. Door jam looks like some tried to break in. Walls peeling. Shower disgusting, table in the room wobbling. Old church type of chairs filthy. Didn’t shower, didn’t brush teeth there. Kept my shoes on. It needs to be overhauled. Found a pill bottle under the mattress. The nerve to ask for $100 for incidentals. Huh?! How it’s already trashed. I had to keep telling myself it’s only for one night. I would stay at a motel6 in dtla before I ever come back here.

We didn't like anything about the property....
It was filthy & poorly maintained.

Cons:

Everything, no vending machines despite signage directing guests to where they used to be.
Our original room #309 had filthy carpet and walls with chipped paint, the television was also crooked on the wall.... we were able to get a different room that was moderately better...
They also state free breakfast but they only offered coffee, Orange Juice, & water.... Bagels or cereal w were the only food options.

Low cost, quiet, and relaxing
Pros:

The hotel is very quiet with excellent a/c. I was able to relax and enjoy the quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable with pillows of different densities. I slept really well. The room had a fridge and a microwave. I enjoyed it so much I stayed an additional night.I might go there more often when I am really stressed as the quiet was almost healing.

Cons:

Both days that I went there was a sign. They will be back in 10 minutes. I found the workers outside smoking by the door the cigarette smoke bothered me.

Pros:

It was ok
The beds were comfortable and shower was good.
It was clean.

Cons:

The ac was changing temperature and until around 12 the ac was working better.
The hall ways had a smell
The tv did not have a lot of channels.
