Pros:

These are the nicest folks. The place is always clean. Each room unique with hand made furniture. I hope it never changes it is my go to when I visit family in Alamagordo.

Convenient to White Sands NP. Breakfast was cook to order and very good.

Cons:

Lack of lighting in the room. The room only had 2small desk lamps and the room was extremely dark. Literally had to use a flashlight in the room. Told the desk. We saw floor lamps in other rooms, but never received one.

Going to White Sands National Park
Pros:

The towels were great, we have been jumping between hotels for over 2 weeks, best towels so far!
Also was going to White Sands National Park. The hotel had sled we used for FREE, this was a fantastic benefit. Or room was just updated. The bed was a new will known foam mattress.

Clean rooms, convenient location, and great amenities
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location for visiting White Sands. The room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was far better than I've had at other hotels. Plus, we loved being able to borrow some sleds to take with us to the dunes. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.
