Pros:

Location was amazing with the Elk lift directly behind the condo. Staff was amazing and the slope side view we had was wonderful! Our actual condo unit was old and outdated though. I could smell someone else’s perfume on the sheets that I slept in letting me know they weren’t cleaned. The extra blankets in the closet were dirty and stained, the pillows are all the size for a child’s head and very flat, some pillowcases smelled like a lady’s perfume all the blinds were broken, bathtub didn’t drain properly and the tub had constant dripping water. The washer and dryer were extremely small and the dryer took 3 hours to dry anything. I had higher hopes for the actual unit, especially for the price. We go to beaver creek every year and will definitely be back to the town again but we will book a different condo.

Pros:

Staff is great and very helpful. The only negative is that the ski in / out depends on the lift and run being open. But there is still a very convenient shuttle bus.

Book this place!
Pros:

Had a great stay in the 1 bedroom condo. Looked just like the pictures! I stayed in the upper boarders section which was quiet, right off the slope and super clean. Adam at the front desk was awesome and super helpful! Definitely be will back

Pros:

We loved the location! Beaver Creek Village is a 5 minute walk with all of the ski lifts, restaurants, shops, ice skating rink, etc.. The Village is absolutely beautiful. We rented our skis at Christy Sports and the Borders has ski lockers downstairs for storage. There is a lift right outside the door. The condo was updated and super clean with views of the mountains. We will definitely stay at the Borders again. The only suggestion I would make is to get groceries in Avon on the way in. The only store is the Beaver Creek Market and you will pay a premium for bread, milk, etc.. Other than that GO and you will have the time of your life!

Location Can’t Be Beat!
Pros:

Great place! If you’re there to ski, can’t really beat the location right next to the Elkhorn lift. Instructions were a little unclear for first timers on what to do with ski equipment, but otherwise it was a great visit.

Pros:

We told the front desk that the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. When we got back that night there was a note on bathroom counter apologizing that the toilet wasn’t flushing fast enough for us but that maintenance doesn’t come in until Monday. So our toilet was clogged with poop poop that wouldn’t flush and we had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Gross

Pros:

We got a 3 bedroom for the weekend - the place was beautiful in every way. This is truly a ski in ski out place and that was fantastic - we probably walked less than 50 steps in our ski boots, doesn't get better than that. Ski lockers were a bit on the small side, we were able to put in 4 skis, 4 boots, 4 poles, but it wasn't easy. It would also be nice to have a restaurant or at least breakfast on site, but we'll be back!

Presidents Week 2019
Pros:

We went for Presidents week vacation with our friends and stayed at the Borders. They have the mail building and the Upper Borders property that is a short walk up the stairs. Both properties have a parking garage that is very convenient. Though our friends arrived early they were able to park in the garage that was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and condos were superb and had everything one would need. It is a ski in/out and we had lockers available with enough room for the skies, poles, boots, and helmets for three of us. Another nice thing was fresh hot coffee/tee/chocolate each morning. Obviously, Beaver Creek Village Resort is superb and we would recommend staying there.

Quiet mountain retreat
Pros:

The lodge was quiet with views of Vail Valley. It was within walking distance to the Village of Beaver Creek where there were many activities in which one can take part. The room was clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again and recommend it to other looking for a summer getaway in the Rockies.
