Please note seasonal deposit conditions:
May 1st to Nov 30th – First night will be charged at the time of booking, and the remainder will be collected 48 hours prior to arrival by the property. However, 1st night is refundable if canceled before 48 hours to arrival.

December 1st to December 15th/January 3rd to April 30th - First night will be charged at the time of booking, and the remainder will be collected 14 days prior to arrival by the property. However, 1st night is refundable if canceled before 14 days to arrival.

December 16th to January 2nd – The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. However, the amount is refundable if canceled before 30 days to arrival.

The Listel Hotel Whistler will retain the full payment charged to the credit card attached to the reservation if the guest does not show up.

Location dining option very good for both dinner and breakfast

Cons:

Reception staff need more customer training. Too much focus on hotel rules rather than customers needs

Did not like the management amending the offering after we booked. Access to the pool should be open to all guests

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, etwas am Rand aber trotzdem zentral. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Grösse und alles ist grundsätzlich sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer bräuchten so langsam mal eine Renovierung. Auch wenn alles noch funktioniert, der 90'er Jahre Charme ist dann doch zu alt.

The staff was amazing. They were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had everything needed. The location was marvelous, steps from the village.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat für
ein Hotel die üblichen Ausstattungen (Wasserkocher und Kaffeezubehör). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und morgens gibt es kostenlosen Kaffe. Parkplätze sind an der Unterkunft für ca 18€ die Nacht verfügbar. Wer nur eine Nacht bleibt (oder Tagsüber unterwegs ist), kann den Nachttarif des naheliegenden Konferenzcenters nutzen ( ca 4.20€ für 17 Uhr abends bis nächsten morgen um 10)
