Please note seasonal deposit conditions:
May 1st to Nov 30th – First night will be charged at the time of booking, and the remainder will be collected 48 hours prior to arrival by the property. However, 1st night is refundable if canceled before 48 hours to arrival.
December 1st to December 15th/January 3rd to April 30th - First night will be charged at the time of booking, and the remainder will be collected 14 days prior to arrival by the property. However, 1st night is refundable if canceled before 14 days to arrival.
December 16th to January 2nd – The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. However, the amount is refundable if canceled before 30 days to arrival.
The Listel Hotel Whistler will retain the full payment charged to the credit card attached to the reservation if the guest does not show up.

Great location. No question about that.
The front lobby can be improved. It is very outdated and doesn't reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, da nahe am Zentrum ,aber in der zweiten Reihe, dadurch kein Lärm in der Nacht. Der Raum ließ sich kühlen, die Anlage war zwar älter, aber nicht so laut wie in anderen Hotels. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin am Frontdesk (sogar in deutsch)!
Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, aber am Geruch merkten wir, das der Teppich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Da die Garagenklimanlage durch läuft, konnte wir das Fenster nachts nicht öffnen. Es war sehr laut, obwohl wir schon das Zimmer 204 auf der ruhigen Seite hatten.

When we checked it, we were told our room wasn't ready. This was fine as we were a bit early. The staff gracious said we could park in the parkade etc. When we were parking the staff came down to the parkade and said our room was ready and brought us the keys. I thought this was amazing.
The bathroom was a little dirty behind the door / in the corners.
Location was great and car parking was a perk
Pool was poor require a refurb, the sauna wasn’t for mixed clientele,1 for men and 1 for women

Man muss zuerst zum Check-in fahren um das Auto in der Parkgarage zu parkieren.

Ruime en mooi kamers, uitstekende bedden. Het hotel is gelegen vlak aan de winkels en restaurants in Whistler. Parkeren is makkelijk en niet duur.
