Please note, bookings made under a nonrefundable policy will be charged immediately after booking without the possibility of refunds.

Please note seasonal deposit conditions:
May 1st to Nov 30th – First night will be charged at the time of booking, and the remainder will be collected 48 hours prior to arrival by the property. However, 1st night is refundable if canceled before 48 hours to arrival.

December 1st to December 15th/January 3rd to April 30th - First night will be charged at the time of booking, and the remainder will be collected 14 days prior to arrival by the property. However, 1st night is refundable if canceled before 14 days to arrival.

December 16th to January 2nd – The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. However, the amount is refundable if canceled before 30 days to arrival.

The Listel Hotel Whistler will retain the full payment charged to the credit card attached to the reservation if the guest does not show up.

Please note: parking at the hotel is subject to availability.

For prepaid reservations, the credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Not worth the price we paid. Would recommend staying elsewhere in the village.
Pros:

Location was unbeatable

Cons:

Lack of clarification with parking charge. Very strong fish smell during our stay which was completely disregarded by the front desk. Upon calling for clarification as to what was going on we were hung up on. We were with someone with a severe allergy to fish so we had to keep the windows open in the room. Bugs in the bathroom and shower did not drain at all which lead to hair coming up. Spoke to management upon leaving and nothing was done to compensate for our experience.

If there are microwaves and smart TVs I’d go back again
Pros:

The room was very quiet. The person caring for the upkeep of our room was excellent. He was also very polite.

Cons:

A small microwave would be nice. To get to the main stroll required two flights of stairs. No easy access. A smart tv would have been nice as the Canadian tv programming in the evenings without other choices is lacking. We were looking forward to using our Netflix app like we do with most other hotels.

Pros:

Great hotel with a beautiful room and excellent service. They kindly allowed us to keep our car parked until 2:00 PM on the day of checkout so we could ski, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

It would be great to have additional outlets or charging ports on both sides of the bed. With devices like a phone, watch, and GoPro that all need charging overnight, the current setup felt a bit limited.
