We stayed in the ABSC building and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean and amenities were great. It was also close enough to the action in Patong but quiet because it was on the edge. 5-10 min walk to the beach. Staff were great as well. Highly recommend.
Room was tired. Air conditioning very load and there was water leaking through the ceiling in the bathroom

and service was amazing specially our pool bartender Mink and our server at breakfast Noey.
Our stay was awesome , starting with the friendly staff at the entrance , the reception staff , restaurant staff and the house cleaning staff . Everyone is always pleasant and willing to help with questions , advice or directions. The hotel is centrally located in Patong , but a little off the main road , which makes it very tranquil on the inside . The breakfast has quite a variety and the pools and other amenities are great. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very close to the beach, shopping, and food. The bed was a little hard for me... But I know many people love a harder bed. The WiFi was also not very strong in our room. It was still a good stay and (provided the price was right) would stay again.

Had amazing stay, staff is very friendly, very clean hotel,, kid friendly, best thing about it was very close to everything but very Quiet, you don’t get the loud Bangla noise, beach very close, yummy food, massages, tattoos, restaurant, washing, ect..

The hotel was spotless, and I appreciated its proximity to numerous shops within walking distance. I could easily stroll to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Although, I stayed at the city view, however, I enjoyed spending more time at the beach view for breakfast, dinner and hanging by the pool. There were instances of noise disturbance at night on one or two occasions...not loud but enough for it to awaken me.
I really like this place. The views are great, it's an enexpectedly good location. nice and quiet. The rooms are inconsistent as they appear to be owner/condo/rentals. So the quality of the rooms vary. The views are spectacular. It's a little bit older, but there are several pools and the overall vibe is really nice.

Great hotel, pool and service all within a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Bangla Road.
Great location. However when checking in, the room wasn't ready until 1:30 hr after official check in time and we had to wait in the lobby. Breakfast included was great in terms of variety and quality of food. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good and comparative in price outside.
Big property with big rooms but its obviously old as hell. They need to put some coin into it and give it a refurbishment. Its in a decent position and walkable to bangla road. 2 pools that were decent and lots of space away from other people to sit and chill. Did buffet one morning. Was okay.
Was a great spot to stay, close to everything. Staff were lovely, food was good.
The beds were a little hard and took some getting use too but I would stay again.
The Staff at the Andaman were amazing - especially the food & beverage team. Resort was in a great location being close enough to all facilities and far enough away to be quiet. Overall, had a great stay :)
