overall was good, great friendly staff.
Pros:

all was good at the andaman beach suits we have stayed there before, only bad thing was the weather, not much we could do about that, but still enjoyed ourselves.

La vue depuis l’appartement était magnifique, l’immeuble était dans une rue très calme et à l’écart du bruit tout en étant proche de toute les zones patong qui rataient à 5mn à pied.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais pas très varié. L’établissement pourrait mettre plus de fruits et varier les plats du petit déjeuner. Mais le buffet petit déjeuner était très très bon et complet et pour tout les goûts.

תמורה מצויינת למחיר, מלון שכייף לחזור אליו.

המלון שלי בפטונג, לא מחליף תמורת אף מלון אחר.
חדרים מרווחים,מיטות ענקיות ונוחות.
ארוחת בוקר בסיסית שעושה את העבודה.
הבריכה מהממת וכייפית.
מיקום מצויין מרחק של 10-12 ד לבנגלה ועוד 5-7 ד לבית חב״ד(לשומרים שבינינו)
אישית מאוד מאוד אוהב את המלון וממליץ עליו בחום.

Cons:

לפעמים קצת מאתגר לכוון את המים החמים במקלחת, אבל זו בעיה די נפוצה כאן במלונות בתאילנד לכן לא נפגע הציון הסופי.

Excellent stay , great location, they gave us an upgrade which was nice
Pros:

Great location, breakfast was excellent, super deluxe room was very big with great ocean views ( exert on 15th floor), lifts were good , lovely warm pool with adjacent pool with swim up bar very cool, good staff very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing it was great. It was an expensive time as it was Chinese New Year but that was not the hotels fault. There were a few little issues with the room but they fixed each one promptly.
