Pros:

Localização e a relação custo benefício. Atendeu perfeitamente nossas necessidades. Comércio próximo bem variado (posto de gasolina, mercado, farmácia, compras ...). Hotel econômico com estrutura muito adequada e que dá uma sensação de segurança muito melhor que outros hotéis que hospedamos anteriormente.

Cons:

As temperaturas dos chuveiros apresentaram muitas variações. Como o tempo estava frio, era importante tomar um banho quente depois de um dia exaustivo no parque, o que nem sempre foi possível. Café da manhã suficiente e com poucas variações (cardápio mais fixo).

Excellent location & close to Old Town. Friendly staff & restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast room far too small for number of rooms, no matter what time you arrived. . A grab & go continental breakfast may be an option, as taking the current breakfast food back to your room was not allowed

Headline: A Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Hygiene Issues

My stay at this property was far below expectations, especially considering the duration of 21 nights. I would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:

Pest Issues: The hotel has a serious pest problem. We encountered insects throughout the property, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone an IHG brand.

Poor Housekeeping: The room service and cleaning were not up to standard. The rooms were not cleaned properly or regularly during our stay.

Lack of Basic Services: There is no assistance with luggage/bags upon arrival or departure. You are essentially on your own.

Zero Convenience: Even for basic requests like tea, we were told we had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get it. There is a complete lack of hospitality and effort to assist guests.

Overall, it was a very poor experience. The management needs to seriously look into their hygiene standards and staff training.

Foi razoável. A falta de mesa para sentarmos e tomarmos café tranquilamente foi bem desagradável.
Pros:

A cama é grande e confortável, tivemos boas noites de sono. Outra coisa que me surpreendeu foi o tamanho dos quartos, são grandes e espaçosos. Os funcionários também foram bem educados e dispostos a ajudar quando precisamos.

Cons:

Um dos banheiros estava com vazamento no teto e molhava o banheiro todo, outra problema que tivemos foi que não havia mesas suficientes para sentar e tomar café da manhã. Foi horrível! Dos 5 dias que ficamos hospedados apenas 1 dia conseguimos tomarmos café traquilamente, isso porque chegamos por volta das 6:30h. Ficamos em pé com o que iamos comer na mão observando se algum outro hospede iria desocupar a mesa para sentarmos. Embora tinha mesas vazias do lado de fora do salão do café foi quase impossível ficar lá visto que estava fazendo muito frio.

Pros:

Me gustó bastante , lo recomiendo. La piscina exquisita, me habría gustado disfrutarla más . La pieza amplia con cocina con las cosas precisas para cocinar y limpiar lo q me permitió cocinarle a mi hijo para los parques , un refri grande para meter de todo , cama grande . Niun problema. Cerca de todo . Andábamos en auto. Te cobran estacionamiento si.
El desayuno salva bastante, los huevos podrían mejorar o siempre poner tocino porque solo nos tocó un día y sin tocino eran insípidos. Pero bien en gral la verdad.

Gracias por la estadía ! Iríamos de nuevo!
