I love staybridge. For many years we have chosen to stay at this hotel when not at vacation homes.
The Front desk staffs was awesome. All.
(Sunshine) really matches her name, Very kind & a beautiful lady who was always available to help.
Our first room, no view. There was a tree right outside both bedroom windows.
There was the elevator & wall outside the front windows, so there was nothing to look at on the outside.( got it changed 2 days later.)
When having breakfast the servers watch everything you got . They served 2 pieces of bacon, I ask for a 3rd & they held back on giving. We were a family of 5 with children who didn't get up early for breakfast. We wanted to take some to the room for them but after the servers reported another family taking food to their rooms. I refused and we went out for breakfast every morning instead.

Nous avions une suite avec 2 chambres. La literie était très confortable. La suite très grande et bien équipée.
Le petit déjeuner était bien garnie à notre goût avec du sucrée et du salé.
Nous y avons passé 5 jours le temps de faire les parcs, la piscine le soir en rentrant était très appréciable.
Nous n’avons pas utilisé la navette car les heures ne correspondaient pas à notre programme. Pour aller à Disney et Studio nous avons utilisé LYFT, environ 30$ aller/retour et le chauffeur vous prend et ramène juste devant l’hôtel c’était parfait.
Pour Universal et SeaWorld (un peu + loin que Disney) nous avions réservé le parking sur place dans les parcs et c’était très bien comme ceci.
Rien meilleur hôtel de notre séjour.

Great family-friendly hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent, and very convenient. The room was a nice size, and the full size refrigerator was definitely a nice bonus. The front desk staff were very pleasant.
The parking lot after hours can be a little sketchy, I’d recommend more lighting. There was some loitering going on, that made me a bit uncomfortable while gathering my luggage and children. The staff in the breakfast area were a little impatient. The breakfast area could also use some expansion with additional seating options. Lastly, the room had minor evidence of previous guests present, nothing too crazy. The rooms could also use some upgrades when it comes to flooring, and furniture.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo aqui pero esta vez no me gustó nada el cuarto estaba muy sucia la alfombra a mi hijo le picó un gusano les dije en la oficina pero únicamente me dijeron no pasa nada.... La puerta 🚪 del cuarto de hotel no servia... Y no entraron a limpiar el cuarto en los 3 dias que yo estuve ahi...
Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.
El desayuno muy básico. En la habitación encontramos un par de cucarachas.
