I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly staff.

Poor facility in need of upgrade.
Pros:

We were bitten by bed bugs or some other insect in room 310.

Cons:

The entry drive had a large shrub which blocked the traffic view when exiting the site. There was a downed tree which smashed a vehicle left in the parking lot.

Comfortable beds but don't believe the "room has a view". NOT the case.
Pros:

Location and accessibility.

Cons:

The room controls never seemed to be right. It was VERY humid in our room and never cooled to the temp it read. Slightly uncomfortable to sleep. The booking showed the room as having a "view". I guess that is subjective. If you like to look at the trees 25 ft out from the room. There really isn't a "view". The chase lounger would be better in the garbage. No cushion and you feel the wood ribbing when you sit on it.

We had a great stay. If mattress had been softer and not so high it would have been an excellent stay.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Check in took a while, but once there was a business checking multiple people in and only 1 staff working. Once that issue was settled check in was a breeze. Traffic in the area was a little crazy but what else would you expect in the ATL!

Pros:

The way I was greeted when I first went in and the manager, I guess James is the regional manager for how he made me and the rest of my guests feel comfortable, and he was very playful with us, just showing great customer service. I will definitely stay here again. And let others that I know who will be traveling to stay there. Also, the place was nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. Even the breakfast was on point I love the fact that they gave you a choice between bacon and sausage and not just one that right there was exceptional to me.

It was a good stay for the emergency situation the family was in. Glad the room was available.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good but, it wasn't ready when it was scheduled to be ready. The Front Desk Staff was exceptional! Their professionalism was appreciated, although I requested a room with double beds. I received a King. However, The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was a washcloth stuffed in the top of the shower head and the carpet felt gritty in spots. The location was excellent. WiFi connectivity was good. Beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good. Waiting to see if Booking.com / IHG releases the 'hold' amount on my card or not.

Cons:

The carpet, the washcloth in the shower head, a King bed instead of Doubles, and the Breakfast not being ready when scheduled.
Unable to download the photos. I do have some and can email them to the office upon request.
