Housekeeping not properly cleaning the rooms and beds not well made. NASTY pubic hair on the bed!

Cleanliness of the rooms…we got switched to 3 rooms because of cleanliness issues (pubic hair on the bed within 5min of being in the room, hair strands and brown stain on the one towel in the bathroom, and the 3rd room smelling like weed). rooms were not being cleaned well. Some of the rooms didn’t even have a dark shade on them. Broken stuff like shower chair under the sink placed and a hole on the door…needed to report it right away since we might get blamed and charge us for those damages. Also, saw homeless person walking on the 2nd floor of the hotel. They’re letting people who are not guests walk in and out do the hotel!
