Pros:

El desayuno muy rico y la señorita muy atenta, las camas super comodas

Cons:

El baño olía bastante a cigarro, teníamos que tenerlo cerrado para que no pasara a la habitación.

Warning!!! There was a dead rat in the swimming pool!!!

Because of this, we asked to cancel the remaining days of our reservation, but the manager was unreachable, and Booking do not show up to listening their costumers! We feel frustrated. We are still waiting for a positive answer from the manager. We hope that at least read this message and that Booking could listen to us.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE!

Wonderful hotel would love to stay there again
Pros:

Beautiful and clean. The desk clerks were extremely welcoming and friendly. Anaya was especially kind and helpful. We had a towel animal in the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

Really nothing. I would say although the pool next door was available to us it was not really meant for anything more than doing some exercise laps. No chairs or towels. It would be great if this hotel had a roof pool. The gym was nice to get some exercise. Very state of the art equipment.

Easygoing, pleasant, and “short yet sweet”.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the ease, working with this establishment! From my own experiences with staff at different places, I wasn’t expecting such welcoming and inviting presence!

Cons:

Hm.. I can’t say I didn’t like anything. Again, the staff really set up the expectation that the room was going to be good and our stay would be enjoyable (which it was!)!
