Front desk was rude. When we asked for extra towels we were told we didnt need anymore. We had enough. She was very rude! Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Sink backed up.

Will never stay there again! I would pay two $300 more for somewhere else

Then it was across the street from the beach

Cons:

It was dirty, not the pictures that they show. We had an old ratty carpet in our room that was shredding by the bathroom door the mirror this is crazy, but was hung sideways. There was hair in the bed on the tray with a coffee was, in the bathtub, bathroom floor was dirty stuff on it and I killed two roaches the first night. The AC sucked did not get the room cool at all. The curtains didn't block the bright light from outside. They need more lights and plugs in the room. There are lights by the bed, but none by the desk or the side chair. Nasty room and not friendly staff no dogs allowed and they had a dog. The dog was the friendliest.

Cons:

The room floor was not very clean when we got there, needed to be mopped, was mopped everyday for the rest of the stay. needed a better remote for the TV, could not change the closed captions off the TV nor could see a TV guide for channels, could have used a seat in the shower.
