Pros:

Excellent location steps from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars, the property is quiet and the staff is very friendly

Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms don't smell good; it's quite unpleasant. The front desk staff are part cleaning staff and wear the same clothes at the front desk; they don't have uniforms for different tasks, which gives a very bad impression.

Close proximity to the beach. Restaurants in walking distance.
Pros:

The room was clean and towels adequate. The remodel was well done.

Cons:

The best observation, there's no ottoman in the King room. When you spend money on a trip, you're there to relax. An ottoman would have been the icing on the cake.

We didn't have breakfast. It's not offered as a courtesy with the stay; however, it would've been nice considering the price point. Even a continental breakfast is welcomed.
