Great location!
Pros:

Location is right across the A1A from the beach and pier. Excellent restaurant across the parking lot. Clean room and included parking. Beds were good and comfortable. We'll stay here again!

Room smelled of cigarettes upon arrival & opening door to our room. Smell lingered our entire stay. My two adolescent children noticed it right away as did I. Would have rated our stay much higher had we not had to endure the stale smell. I do not smoke & my children aren’t around others that smoke either so it’s a harsh smell for us.

Pros:

Wonderful affordable staff was nice. I asked for an extra towel since we had three girls in one room and they lady said "oh well you need extra for the hair" and gave me four. Parking lot was very quiet at night.

Close to the beach with shops around. The staff were really friendly. We got there a few hours early before check in and they allowed us to leave our car there while we were at the beach. The rooms were big and spacious. I liked that the sink and mirror was separate from the toilet/shower itself. They offer coffee, a fridge and microwave. TV is just a regular old cable TV, nothing special but wasn’t bad either, we barely used it.

Cons:

The toilet and sink was a bit dirty but nothing crazy. The walls are thin, you can hear upstairs or next door. You can also hear people talking / walking by your room outside. There isn’t any sunlight or windows except the one that faces outside / right when you walk in, so when you do have the curtains open, people can see in, especially on ground floor.

Sue was the owner and was great-very friendly. The property was very clean and tidy. Check in by JP was excellent. This is a family run place so owners are always available. Thank you for a great vacation. Would stay again

Would of liked some type of breakfast. Very uncomfortable bed but had brought a foam pad so it helped. Needed one more chair in rooms
