It was somewhere I just couldn’t stay. I checked out within two hours and just lost the $68 I payed
Pros:

The location and the room was very spacious.

Cons:

The lobby smelled bad and looked very non professional. The room looked fairly clean but smelled like smoke and was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Manager makes this place a Hidden Gem….Best kept Secret in Grand Rivers (Best Pizza)
Pros:

The Unbeatable Location: Being the ultimate launchpad for local spots—sitting less than 3 miles from the Kentucky Dam, 2 miles from the Marina, and just 1 mile from Patti's 1880s Settlement.
The Lakeside Atmosphere: A warm, cozy, and laid-back vibe perfectly attuned to the scenic charm of Grand Rivers.
The Modernized Rooms: Bright, spacious accommodations featuring sleek, updated faux-wood flooring (instead of old carpets) and remarkably comfortable beds with crisp linens.
The Flawless Cleanliness: Spotless, dust-free surfaces, a fresh scent, and a sparkling bathroom boasting an excellent, high-pressure shower.
The Serene Noise Level: Well-insulated, whisper-quiet rooms that created a tranquil sanctuary completely free of highway noise.
The Stellar Service: Front desk and management staff who delivered heartfelt, authentic hospitality and helpful local tips.
The Practical Amenities: Lightning-fast free Wi-Fi, powerful air conditioning, a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, guest laundry, and a generous pet-friendly policy.
The Phenomenal Value: An unmatched pricing structure that beat out every surrounding hotel, resort, and cabin by a massive $200 to $400 per night.
