The staff was kind and quick to refund.
First, we arrived a little after midnight.
Most of the light fixtures did not have lightbulbs. I could get past that.
We unpacked the vehicle and started getting ready for bed. After pulling the sheets back, we discovered one bed had what looked like pet hair all in it. The other bed had regular and pubic hair.
We contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to a different room. Upon entry, it smelled like someone was burning incense to cover up a smoke smell (we requested nonsmoking). We checked the sheets up there and one was fine, however, one had crumbs all in it!
The bathroom had dead bugs, hair, and dirt all over the floor and tub. I had already decided to wait on showering before even seeing the beds.
We just requested a refund which the staff was excellent about and did it with a great attitude.
Needed to be updated for the price
The price you need to have a continental breakfast or something in there. That's ridiculous for moto, too, for one night.9
The owner is super friendly and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I FOUND THAT I PAIDAT THE DESK I GET HOME THEY ALREADY TOOK A PAIYMENTOF 67.48 THANK YOU
That i left!!
Everything,no TV and refrigerator had alot of mold and didn't work and no running water to shower so they moved us 2 rooms down when we walked in it had no bedding and extremely nasty with dirty towels everywhere.so they put us back in first room.then when we left the manager text and said we stole 1000 worth of something which was a lie we didn't want take anything from there except probably bed bugs or fungus.....it was extremely horrific
The hotel is centrally located and easy to access off of I-24. The hotel is very close to Paducah, Eddyville, and Princeton. The room was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was firm and the shower had decent water pressure. The air conditioning worked well. I enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator in my room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
At the time of my stay, the coffee maker was not working.
We did not even stay as it is in an unsafe area, not even in Grand Rivers.
Dirty washing in the lobby and passageway. No response from staff. Unsafe area and not in Grand Rivers. Photos on booking.com are not an accurate reflection of the motel. Rundown and in disrepair.
Close to patties
Uncleanliness
The location and the owner he very nice
We always stay here and for the first time ever it was dirty and the drunk neighbor
Nothing
The room was not clean. There were dead bugs all in the floor & it also smelled bad. As soon as we arrived I peeled the covers back just make sure the bed was clean and we saw bugs crawling. I went back up front to let the staff know. They did not believe me and seemed upset with us and thought we were lying. So we took the staff back to the room and had to show them the bugs that were in the bed. We ended up getting a refund and stayed at Patti’s inn & suites instead.
Motel localizado junto à estrada de nossa viagem do dia seguinte. Parque de estacionamento cômodo e seguro.
Necessita de uma remodelação e reparação de equipamento elétrico.
Nothing at all.
There was no lit signage to locate the hotel from the interstate. Even on the front of the building there was nothing to indicate this was a motel 6. Once in the lobby, I had to call 3 different numbers to find someone to check me in. It took about 30 minutes for someone to come from another location to let me in. The room was atrocious, outdated and stank (a musty, mildewy odor). There were rolls of toilet paper lined up along the outer window sill. There was also a man lurking about sketchily, unsure if he worked there. He seemed to know the man who checked me in but no one was wearing any clothing indicated they were associated with the hotel. I felt unsafe and could not justify letting my two year old grandson stay at the property. I left and reported the property to Booking. Still waiting for a resolution.
The man at the front desk was very nice.
It was hard to tell if stuff was just worn out or dirty. The linens all had holes in them. The towels smelled clean. The bathroom was clean.
I know it was a motel 6. I was not expecting the Ritz. The reviews I read led me to expect slightly better than what I found.
Maybe other rooms were better than ours.
The property was old and the rooms were nasty.
