The property was old and the rooms were nasty.
The location and the room was very spacious.
The lobby smelled bad and looked very non professional. The room looked fairly clean but smelled like smoke and was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The bed was not comfortable at all.
Desk manager was really nice.

Horrible room. Dirty. Broken front door. Did not feel safe

basic room, no breakfast, coffee only in lobby which was far end from room, and microwave was filthy.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was large and clean. Coffee in the lobby was amazing, some of the best coffee I have ever had.
I found out this year there were trails so we took Winter on a walk on one before we took her the rest of the way to her aunts and she loved it.
I loved everything.
The staff was friendly. The room was spacious. We were visiting Land Between The Lakes for the first time, and it is within 10 minutes from there. If I were visting LBL again, I would stay here.

The beds were hard as a rock. Tv didn’t work and room had a weird smell. The toilet wouldn’t flush.
