Great location, service, and overall stay.
Pros:

All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got an upgrade upon arrival which was a very nice surprise. Mr. Thi (I hope that’s the right spelling) did an awesome job at making us feel very welcome. Also, when I wasn’t feeling well, the front desk gave me directions to the nearest hospital. The hotel has a great location - about 3-5-minute walk to the beach. There is a Sailing club right across at the beach where you can rent lounges, order food and drinks, and use a restroom. Also, the nearest bus stop is just a couple minutes away. It was very convenient on the way to the VipPearl island. There is plenty of restaurants and shops right next to the hotel, so whenever we didn’t feel like venturing out far, it was easy to find good quality food, snacks or fruit.
My guess, Vietnamese have a different definition of breakfast. Mostly, the food provided I’d eat for lunch or dinner. Since the dishes were rotated every day and there was always a good variety of local fruit, we never had issues with having a good breakfast though. Laundry services on site were great as well - fast and inexpensive. Overall, we had a great stay!

Cons:

We didn’t use the pool at all since we went to the beach almost daily. But we checked it out nevertheless. There were only 4 lounge chairs and a couple tables with regular chairs - that’s quite different from the pictures provided. Maybe it’s seasonal.

Inget att klaga på men det är verkligen inte ett 5 stjärnigt hotell som booking får det att verka. Ett bra 3 stjärnigt skulle jag säga.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man hatte kurze Wege zum Strand und es waren viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Leider war es auf unserer Reise nun das schlechtes Hotel. Das Personal konnte kaum Englisch, alles war auf russisch ausgeschildert, die Zimmer überhaupt nicht sauber, wir hatten Haare im Essen, beim Buffet sind sie mit dem Nachfüllen kaum hinterher gekommen. Entspanntes Frühstück gab es dort leider nicht. Ständig hat etwas gefehlt und die Gäste sind teilweise sehr unhöflich und ruppig. Der Pool war richtig kalt, so dass wir diesen leider gar nicht benutzen konnten. Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

The only good things about this hotel were the friendly reception staff and the excellent food. They truly did their job perfectly. The reception staff always tried to solve any problems. And the food was simply good, I can't complain, but nothing special either.

CONDITION OF THE ROOM

Ooooh, I could write a whole bravado here. One hotel is listed on Booking as 5-star, which is absolutely untrue. I guess you can guess that from the price, but still. I want to see 5 stars on 5 stars, not play guessing games. The room is in good condition; it has peeling wallpaper, a torn back of the bed, a hole between the door and the shower wall, a civilization that can settle in the cracks of the parquet, stains on the light fixture in the room, stains on the mirrors and bedspreads with holes, a cracked sink, an exhaust hood half made of dust, and a shower drain in which something lives. If it were 3 stars, I would sit in silence, but you're giving it 5, what's the point of all this pathos?

CLEANING

After complaining to the reception, the cleaning staff apparently hated us. Firstly, I didn't leave them a tip and don't consider it my responsibility; we're not in the US or from the USA. But as it turns out, the cleaning staff operates by different rules. They literally stopped doing everything except making our beds after a while. They didn't wash the mugs, didn't mop the floors, and didn't change the bed linen. The reception couldn't cope with the cleaning staff's efforts either. And yes, I want the cleaning staff to be paid fairly, and I always hope that this price is included in the price, so I can leave a tip just because I'm delighted and ask for something extra, but this is completely different. And I don't mind paying the cleaning staff for a good cleaning, but damn, I want the included item to be included.

Great location and comfortable rooms!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and spotless clean, location is amazing only a five minute walk to the beach and the staff were fantastic.

Cons:

The pool area doesn’t get any sun so it’s freezing and it’s pretty dead there was no food/beverage area in it (great view from the pool area however) and the breakfast buffet was veryyy average.
