Clean rooms, friendly staff, reliable internet. Good location

Property need updating

The channels on our television went offline around 8:30am and our check-out time was 11:00am. That was disappointing since we were watching a good movie. Thank goodness the staff on duty (Niya) was able to offer points to my membership.

The hotel was in a very poor conditions, the ac was really noisy and the room smell stale

Elevators don’t work and they are not sufficient and very dangerous

Staff was great all around. Hotel was conveniently located. The rooms were clean and condoratable.

BUT, the property was a little run down - elevator out opf service, carpets were very worn in some areas, most of the ice machines didn’t work.

It seemed like the property might’ve been going through updating, so if I were to stay here again, the issues would be resolved.

Overall, a comfortable stay with a friendly staff.

The staff was awesome. The room was clean, shower had great water pressure and they gave me a cookie… I really have nothing I could complain about. The elevators aren’t working and you have to use a really tiny one that I could see posing some accessibility issues for someone in a wheelchair though.

Overall it was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower had some moldy grout. There was a roach in our closet. Staff was apologetic and offered to have our room sprayed while we were out.

The staff was friendly but you can tell the hotel is worn down and it’s not being maintained very well. It could for sure be cleaner as well

Very convenient to the coliseum. Rooms were nice. Only had one working elevator and it was very small so only 2-3 people could fit at a time and during busy periods that was frustrating. Overall a good place to stay though. Would stay again if we were in the area for a show.

Me and my wife love the place, close to everything we came to do, clean and quiet room.

The hotel offered excellent water pressure, though the temperature did not reach the warmth I would have preferred. The bedding was clean and comfortable, with a supportive pillow that made for a restful night’s sleep. I was, however, disappointed that the room did not include a refrigerator, which I would have expected at this level. The surrounding area felt less desirable, and the presence of a Hooters restaurant across the street detracted from the overall impression. On a positive note, the staff at check-in were courteous and professional. While there were no major issues with the hotel itself, I would likely explore other options if visiting Greensboro again.

The first room we were given TV didn't work. They moved us to another room, but this one didn't have a refrigerator, which the first room did. I had to make three phone calls over a 2 1/2 hr period to get towels. I checked in on Friday afternoon and checked out Tuesday morning. They never changed the sheets or made the bed. I had to make it myself. I won't be going back or recommending it to friends or family.

Decent place to stay for the price. Satisfied.

Family reunion in North Carolina. Great customer service. The shower head was rusted and unappealing and the main elevator was down so the service elevator was only option and it was small and cramped.
