Cons:

La saletta per la colazione. Noi eravamo in tre persone ed era molto difficile trovare un posto comodo visto che tutti i tavoli erano per 2 tranne uno per 5. Poi la prima mattina l'addetta alla colazione è stata poco cortese, poco empatica, molto scontrosa nel suo silenzio ma sbatteva le cose e ci metteva molto tempo a portare le cose. Lo dico per noi ma lo ha fatto anche con altri ospiti. Sembrava di dover pregarle in aramaico per portarci qualcosa.

This was a perfect place to stay. Affordable but still felt very nice, location was terrific, staff was attentive and friendly, breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay here again!

Nice place for a very short trip.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and very helpful (they helped me with the luggage). The location is perfect. The room could be updated overall.

Cons:

The stairs from the ground floor are steep and narrow, quite challenging with big luggage (but the staff was very helpful and carried mine down for me).

Great location in Florence within sight of the Duomo
Pros:

The location was excellent within sight of the Duomo and easy walking distance to the Uffizi and the Gallery dell'

Accademia.

Cons:

In the extreme heat we would have appreciated a bottle of water on arrival.
The breakfast was disappointing with canned fruit salad and the water urn for tea was not hot enough. Fruit juice tasted synthetic.
There was no prior notification that reception was on the 3rd floor.
The handrails up the flights of stairs were all loose and felt precarious.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο ακριβώς στην καρδιά της πόλης, στην πλατεία Duomo, και αρκετά value for money για τα δεδομένα της Φλωρεντίας. Πολύ άνετο δωμάτια! Όνειρο το lobby του ξενοδοχείου που είναι ένα πανέμορφο κλασσικό σαλόνι με θέα το ναό

Cons:

- Δεν ξέρω αν έχει να κάνει με το ότι ήταν καλοκαίρι και είχε ζέστη, αλλά λίγο μου έλειψαν στο πρωινό κάποιες ζεστές επιλογές (π.χ ομελέτες, αυγά, κλπ). Είχε ωραία όμως ποικιλία σε γλυκά pastries
- Στην τουαλετα τουαλετα δωματίου θα ήθελα καλύτερες επιλογές σε σαπούνι κ σαμπουάν (είχε απλά 2 μικρά δείγματα)
