Excellent stay and perfect location!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Bigallo. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of all the major attractions.

We were able to walk everywhere, which made it very easy to explore the city and enjoy our time in Florence without needing transportation.

Cons:

The location, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Bigallo to anyone visiting Florence. We would gladly stay here again!

Great location, excellent staff, clean room, tiny elevator
Pros:

The staff were excellent

Cons:

Elevator is a little small. It would be great to have someone street level to great guests. That would make it more clear that it's the correct entrance to the hotel for new arrivals and provide a little more security at night (pickpockets)

Di fronte al Duomo!
Pros:

Il plus di questo albergo è la posizione eccezionale, praticamente davanti il duomo. La mia camera non aveva però la vista sul duomo ma alcune camere ce l'hanno. Camera abbastanza confortevole anche se un po' datata. Letto comodo e cuscini in abbondanza. Pulizia ottima. Staff davvero molto cordiale, sia alla reception che quello addetto alla colazione. Colazione di buon livello.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata un po' rumorosa ma nulla di insopportabile, per il resto nulla da dire.

Jó elhelyezkedés, 2 percre a pályaudvartól, repülőtér akár gyalogosan is elérhető 15 percen belül. Belvárosi terület könnyedén elérhető. Szoba és ágy mérete rendben, viszont az ágy matraca is kissé kemény lehet, az erre érzékenyebbek számára

Très bon hôtel, à 2 pas du Duomo
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, literie confortable, propre, climatisation efficace, calme. Personnel avenant et petit déjeuner assez complet.

Cons:

La décoration est un peu surannée, mais ce n’est pas un souci.
L’ascenseur me paraissait trop vieux, c’est donc à pied que nous montions les 3 étages permettant de rejoindre l’hôtel. À savoir quand on a les bagages.
Tarif un peu excessif pour accepter un chien: 35€ par nuit.
