Posizione super,camera spaziosa, staff gentilissimo e professionale. Struttura datata ma impeccabile Ascensore a parte. Vista torre di Giotto dalla camera, colazione sufficiente. Questa era la nostra 2a volta e se ci sarà una 3a, sarà sempre qui...

La posizione, la camera che ci hanno assegnato era fronte campanile di Giotto

Cons:

Hotel datato, poco curato (avevamo un pezzo del rivestimento del soffitto che si staccava, le lampade in camera avevano i rivestimenti tutti macchiati, i mobili sono vetusti), la stanza della colazione è veramente triste con tutti i tavolini ammassati

La ubicación es excelente! La puerta está prácticamente en el Duomo, justo en el centro de todo de Florencia. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El desayuno bastante bien y completo!

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser más extenso, pero realmente incluso el último día que nos fuimos antes nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar.

Excelente ubicación. La habitación para 3 super cómoda, dividida en 2 plantas. La atención de las recepcionistas y el conserje de la noche excelente.

Cons:

Haberlo reservado por Booking fue un error. Mis datos personales y de la reserva fueron filtrados y me llegaron 3 intentos de estafa qué aun no se si se resolvieron.

I'm from Brazil, and I carefully chose this hotel for my clients: two couples on their first trip to Europe.

It was the best decision I could have made! It has been one of the best hotel experiences any of my clients have ever had. The team gave them all the support they needed and made their stay truly memorable.

They were especially impressed to receive individual breakfast kits at checkout, as they were leaving early in the morning before breakfast service began.

Is there anything better than planning a trip with care and dedication and having a hotel that contributes 100% to making everything run perfectly? Certainly not!

The location is unbeatable. Just a two-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafés, and more.

The hotel is immaculately clean and incredibly cozy, with great rooms (stunning views of the Duomo), an excellent breakfast, a wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding amenities.

One of the highlights is the service! The staff is truly wonderful and welcomes guests with genuine care and warmth. This hotel represents true hospitality!

Their support in every detail made a huge difference. My clients genuinely loved every moment.

Thank you all for making my clients’ stay so special. From now on, whenever I have clients traveling to Florence, this will be the only hotel I book for them. And soon, I hope to experience it myself as well!
