How do Yoi book a room and be woke up sweating because there is no power ...I understand things happen. But the attitude and just the overall with staff is totally unacceptable I want to request a refund...Im leaving my room too hot 🔥 will never stay here again ..1st and last

Pros:

On a positive note, the location of the hotel was good and quite convenient. However, beyond that, there is unfortunately very little else I can say in terms of positives. I would not recommend this hotel for a group of four.

Cons:

Our recent stay was quite underwhelming. We booked a room for four people, but the space provided was extremely small; we barely had enough room to move around or store our luggage.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. We also found that the window could not be opened, which made the small room feel even more stifling. We were also disappointed by the lack of cleanliness—we noticed several dead moths stuck to the blinds, which was quite unpleasant.

Great time.
Pros:

I liked the access to the bar-un from the hotel. The Gold Spike Tower not the oasis.

Cons:

We had a pool side room on Saturday and the room shower got clogged and caused the shower the fill up. We could not shower after that. We did get moved quickly to the gold spike tower which was great but we really wanted pool side.

Gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, am Wochenende nichts für Lärmempfindliche.
Pros:

Gute Lage, in der Nähe der Fremont Street und an der Anfangs-/Endstation der Buslinie, die den ganzen Strip entlangfährt. Gute Betten, sehr nettes Personal mit Tipps für das Essen etc. Der Pool ist sehr schön, nicht überlaufen und erfrischend. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Hotel oder gegenüber.

Cons:

Donnerstags- bis Sonntagabend Livemusik im Außenbereich, die laut zu hören ist (bis ca. 1 Uhr morgens). Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer (kein Schrank oder Sideboard).

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge’s on Saturday night

Cons:

The TV not working in our first room having to switch rooms and then the shower in the second room, not draining, stepping into a slippery slimy shower tub the sour eggs smell when you were outside swimming in the pool

The Oasis is not a luxury room by far but if you’re looking for a great night out on the town and not much time spent in
Pros:

The pool was great and close access to downtown is a major plus. Beds are comfortable

Cons:

The property needs a HUGE renovation. Cracks everywhere in the foundation, bathrooms not thoroughly clean, you can see the patchwork all through the rooms and there’s always a smell.
