The mattress was comfortable.
There was paint missing here and there. Spots were patched but not painted on the walls. The outlet cover by the door was partially cracked off. The carpet was ragged by the bathroom. The chair was very well used. Kleenex box cover had something splashed on it. The refrigerator fell out of the wall when we tried to open it. The toilet bowl was not not clean.
Limited maid service. No housekeeoing on extended stay rooms.
I asked for 1st floor with bathtub. When we got to the room, I went back and told the man at the desk I needed a bathtub for back problems. I don't know if he didn't understand me, or what, but he said he couldn't change it. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The toilet sweated so much that there was mold, or something around the bottom of the toilet.
The room smelled mildewy.

The doctor's appointment was canceled and didn't get reimbursed for the night that we didn't use
It was difficult to understand the staff behind the counter English was not very good
Parking lot needs to be updated
Charged us $10 for early check in and I'm not sure the room had been used in a month... jetted tub was dirty ... soap was empty in the shower.. for breakfast everything was out of order and of course the hot tub wasn't working!!
Next to Kwik trip to get everything the hotel did not offer
I had to make the coffee, sausage was not cooked, stained toilets, musty mildew smell throughout tue room and hotel. The pool & hot tub was closed and no date provided of when it would be open. Proprietors have not placed a priority on the basics. No one available to check me out.
The few people who worked there were very nice. The facility was clean and comfortable. It was the only hotel in the town, so the location was great for us. The room was nice. They did offer us a jacuzzi room because the pool wasn't open yet. Excellent people working there.
The building was somewhat "run down". The swimming pool was not open due to the health dept not coming yet to approve it to open. The breakfast was very minimal and they did not restock things, even though they had them, even the next day. "Eggs" were not fresh daily. The juice and coffee machines have been broken for months, according to other reviews. Our requests at the front desk were forgotten.
Pool closed..coffee machine was broke. Oj machine was broke..air vents greasy and dirty hair on bathroom wall..pop machine took money..jacuzzi tub rusty..staff unfriendly
