Next to Kwik trip to get everything the hotel did not offer

Cons:

I had to make the coffee, sausage was not cooked, stained toilets, musty mildew smell throughout tue room and hotel. The pool & hot tub was closed and no date provided of when it would be open. Proprietors have not placed a priority on the basics. No one available to check me out.

Comfortable stay if you need to be in Kasson. Not many extras, really simple breakfast, no frills.
Pros:

The few people who worked there were very nice. The facility was clean and comfortable. It was the only hotel in the town, so the location was great for us. The room was nice. They did offer us a jacuzzi room because the pool wasn't open yet. Excellent people working there.

Cons:

The building was somewhat "run down". The swimming pool was not open due to the health dept not coming yet to approve it to open. The breakfast was very minimal and they did not restock things, even though they had them, even the next day. "Eggs" were not fresh daily. The juice and coffee machines have been broken for months, according to other reviews. Our requests at the front desk were forgotten.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Good sized room, customer laundry available

Cons:

Pros:

Location, the room was great!

Cons:

Upstairs room, when I requested first floor, my husband has Lung cancer and very hard for him to do steps. It snowed 6 inches when we were there. Didn't remove snow and when they did no salt. The pool was cold and the Hot tub was at most Luke warm.

I would not recommend this place for a large group.
Pros:

Spacious room.

Cons:

No food.....no hand towels in pool bathroom...the food supply was awful, they knew a whole hockey team was booked at that hotel..they spoke no english!!!

Decent hotel for a good price.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating to my dog.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn't that hot and being on the first floor, my window didn't have a screen.

Awful.
Cons:

The rooms were crawling with cockroaches and bed bugs. We asked for different rooms, but didn't have any. Then we had to file a dispute with the booking company to get us out of the rest of the days we booked.

Pros:

Hot tub was cold, let it run for 15 minutes was still cold and had a film on the top not very clean. Checked in at noon charged us $20 extra, check out was at 11:00, had the door locked, they knocked at 10:00 to remind us that checkout was at 10:30 when we questioned it he changed to 11:00 like what was posted.
