Perfect i love
Nothing
Getting to this location is very tricky as traffic around the hotel is gridlocked for blocks. Not easy at all. Our room was great! Clean and comfortable, no complaints there. The hotel was another issue. Every hallway had filled bags of trash just sitting next to all of the trash cans. We though they were just cleaning, no big deal. But the next morning, all those bags were still there. The hallways are very long and there really isn't enough signage to help you navigate. We walked in the wrong direction a lot and we don't easily get turned around. I also booked this hotel on Booking.com and it listed that they had a pool. They don't! They haven't since covid. That was a bummer. They also had no luggage carts. With 6 people, that was a hassle. Lastly the breakfast was limited and only opened until 9am. We didn't realize that, so our kids missed it because they slept in a little and got down to breakfast as they were closing. It was ok, because they didn't have waffles or pancakes or really anything kids like to eat anyways. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel. Nice rooms, but everything else just wasn't worth it.
It was beautifully set up and the outdoor area is very nice.
At check in, there was a very rude and snappy staff member. In the process of me trying to ask him about the card I had added on file in which the system informed me to do so incase the hotel needed to charge me for anything, he snapped and cut me off to say he needs a card on file without even letting me finish what I was trying to ask him. I understand having to have a physical card but it ruined my experience coming into such a beautiful place to be treated rudely instead of with courtesy and a warm welcoming. He was also rude when giving directions to my room and he gave a lot of attitude when there was mix up with the security deposit; I was informed of $150 by 2 customer service agents but he snapped at me saying “no it’s always been $250 I don’t know who would even tell you that”. There’s a way to speak to people especially when they’re spending their hard earned money on your establishment.
Location and plenty of room
Location
I would stay here again in a second! Staff, food, and room were all fantastic.
Size, location, soap and toiletries on wall, fridge, gave 2 bottles of water and cereal bar upon arrival, door separating bedroom, sink outside bathroom, breakfast included was good. Perfect for our family of 4 adults for a 1 night stay.
pillows were flat, lighting a bit dark to apply makeup
Staff & hotel concept design that fit my entire family
Every room is pet friendly. I have a severe allergy and was not aware of this policy. My room smelled like an unclean Dog was living there. I was irritated by the dander the entire sta y
It wasn't in a crowded part of town. The smell wasn't bad to be a pet friendly place. We were able to catch an Uber to Linden train station in a nice time and caught a train to New York. The hotel was clean with an area in the middle for the kids to play. Would definitely book again.
Like the new furniture in the lobby area.
There was little bugs or roaches in the room.
