Breakfast was more than I expected very fresh and lots of choices.

Convenient location and comfort
Room is clean and plenty towels. Location is very easy to access.
The elevator was not still under construction. I had to climb stairs with luggages. No late check out available
The property was more than adequate for our 4 night stay for the World Cup game. Breakfast was good, small pool and gym was nice too, bedroom when eventually sorted was fine.
Although the hotel was under a minor renovation it was fine, area to was adequate, nothing to really see but plenty of places, shops food to explore locally but all in all ok.
Under construction.
Shower head was broke. Not enough towels. Bed was uncomfortable.
It was in a good location, next to downtown.
The couch was not very comfortable.

The facility setup. Manager “Rocky”. The Chubby Lady was in an awful bad mood & told me because I overslept by 5 mins I wasn’t welcome back??? And that she would Not Apply my rewards points. When Mr Rocky asked her & all the staff to give me a fair chance. To move over. How long had I been at Studio… 5 years! She could use better social skills and her temper isn’t, & wasn’t pleasant at all. Painting was going on as well so, she could use a good talk. Reprimanded for her yelling at guest! And Bad, attitude. She acts like she may own the place I will not be back to this place for a while . Apologies accepted. Thank you kindly, Ms Donna Mills.
