The hot tub, pool and steam bath were great. The beds were comfortable.
It was quite expensive...over-priced actually. The AC was leaking and the room was a little humid. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't turn off. We arrived late and did not say anything b/c we did not want to change rooms.
Very nice staff, room was clean, pool was great.
The pool bar staff on Saturday afternoon weren’t very nice.
We enjoyed our stay, the only problem we had when we were told the pool closes at 11 and while we were in the pool we were asked to leave by 10:45
Power went out Friday

Clean and nice staff
Hello
I did book at the lodge for Thursday and then I had another reservation for Friday and Saturday. They could not accommodate me to stay in the same room for all three days so I packed everything up and went to the front desk and they said we will let you know when we have another room. I wanted to stay in the same room but they said they couldn’t happen so I brought everything down they put it in security and I checked back in about three hours later and they said oh we can keep you in the same room so I had to take everything back and put it in my room.
And then this afternoon as you know, it’s stormed out terribly and so we had no electric or anything and it’s impossible to stay at the hotel so I had to pack everything up again and leave hotel.
I would hope that you reimburse me for this weekend, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
It was just a nightmare
And this was our vacation that turned into havoc.
Thank you in this manner
Best Regards,
Lisa Zullo
Construction happening at the time so it was a bit confusing of where to go, but once I found may way to the registration desk, the lobby is very beautiful and open. The hotel is very large. I had to walk a far distance to my room. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The only issue i had was that the room hed no headboard, because of the cutrent remodeling phase but, I always enjoy (formerly The Ridge) Geneva National !!!ALWAYS 5 STAR !!
The bed had no head board ...BUMMER !!!
Location, friendliness, accommodating.
Poolside rooms are noisy and the music played (no bump, bump, bumped) too late.
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing from the moment we arrived.
When we checked in, we were told our room was not ready, which was understandable, so we spent some time by the pool while waiting. About an hour later, I received a text message stating that our room was ready. However, when we returned to the front desk, we were informed that the room was actually not ready. After waiting again, we were finally given a room.
Upon entering, it was obvious the room was not properly prepared for guests. It was missing furniture, luggage racks, including the dresser that should have been under the TV, leaving us with nowhere to store our belongings other than the floor. There were random pieces of furniture in the room, but no chairs. The fridge looked like it belonged in a college dorm and didn't fit properly under the coffee bar. To make matters worse, the toilet paper roll in the bathroom was soaking wet, as if it had been dropped in the toilet and simply put back on the holder.
We reported these issues to the front desk, and they moved us to a different room that was properly furnished.
Unfortunately, the problems continued. Around 2:30 a.m., groups of young kids were running through the halls and having a loud party, screaming for nearly an hour, making it difficult to sleep. On the morning of our departure, despite checkout not being until 11:00 a.m., housekeeping attempted to enter our room twice before we had checked out.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor room preparation, late-night noise, and repeated interruptions made for a very frustrating experience. I would not stay here again and hope management addresses these issues.
The pool and patio deck was great.
Lots of construction now, I am sure in a month it will look great but it was a pain for out trip.
We were very disappointed with our experience. We paid for a lake-view room, but the room we received did not match the expectations set by the booking. There was no headboard on the bed, no reading lamps, and not even chairs in the room. In addition, the hotel entrance was under construction, which was not disclosed to us before arrival.
We were exhausted after a long day of travel and simply didn’t have the energy to argue or request a room change at the time. Today we requested a partial refund.
What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience. We expected much better value, transparency, and customer service for the price we paid. Based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
It’s beautiful! I did not get to enjoy the pool because I had other things going on, wish I could have. it’s being completely renovated and the people that work there now are so nice. I always stay there because I have a dog and there’s not a lot of places in Lake Geneva that accommodate that. Again, the staff there is great.
Gorgeous, very relaxing and great staff and they allow dogs.
