The views are incredible! Front staff and cleaning crew are all extremely cordial and kind! Super comfortable beds and awesome sitting area in the balcony! Will stay here every time while in Fountain Hills!

my stay woukd have been good but due to bugs and rodents and no service on the tv my stay was horrible. willing to give

i didnt like that we couldnt sleep due to alot of flying. bugs and baby scorpions in the room and our tv stopped working around 8pm saying it had no connection

Pros:

We love everything about staying here. The rooms are very spacious and the views from the patio/balcony are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

The other guests were loud when entering and leaving their rooms. It's not too bad when you are staying on the second floor, but when you are staying on the first floor, it sometimes feels like the guests above you are going to come right through the ceiling.
