Cons:

El pésimo servicio del personal de recepción y meseros, te hacen firmar un contrato que no te lo explican ya hasta después que firmaste te mandan el correo.

It was good enough for three nights and everything I needed to have a good night sleep.
Pros:

Super easy to get around and close to the mall! Good service and cleaned out room always early and on time!

Cons:

I could hear the noise easily from the hallway and the air conditioner kept making weird noises. I also don’t like that the showers had a half wall and no door.

La ubicación muy buena, ya que está cerca del Aeropuerto de Monterrey, la habitación muy amplia y cómoda, así como el baño muy amplio y funcional.

Cons:

No hay mucha variedad de alimentos para la cena, son más bien snack lo que está disponible.
