buen hotel mala atención en recepción
Pros:

UBICACION Y LIMPIEZA

Cons:

La señorita de recepción no tiene sentido de servicio, desde que me recibió parecía que me estaba haciendo un favor, muy mala atención, se molesto cuando le hice preguntas de horarios de desayuno y contraseñas y para rematar con la ubicación de la habitación.

Perfect location across from Fundidora
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in front of Parque Fundidora (FIFA Fan Fest) w/ a connecting bridge :D Plus the connecting building has many restaurants, cafes and shops in one convenient location.

Our room was spacious and clean. The A/C worked well but was a little noisy.

The staff was great! Four staff in three days (in the elevator, lobby, hallway) asked me if everything was fine :) The lobby was large and inviting.

The "continental breakfast" was actually very generous w/ a good variety of items.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was low and the water didn't could have been hotter.

The housekeeping turns on the A/C after cleaning your room. To conserve energy, they shouldn't turn on the A/C; we didn't return until the evening and so the A/C was running for hours w/ no one inside :(

הגעתי רק לשהייה קצרה של 3 ימים, והיה אחלה. תודה:)
Pros:

מצוין.
קרוב לשדה התעופה, ליד מרכז קניות ענקי שיש בו פשוט הכל. היות שמונדיאל - מרחק מונית קצרה ושלוש תחנות מטרו מהאצטדיון. הצוות מסביר פנים ומסייע (וגם דובר אנגלית!). החדר ענק, ויש בכל מקום בו נק' חשמל ועמדות טעינה (כולל USB ו-type C), מיטה גדולה ונוחה, טלויזיה עם מלא ערוצים (אבל את המונדיאל אין בהם, את זה יש רק בלובי של המלון) החדר מצויד גם במכונת קפה (לא קפסולות), מיקרוגל ומקרר, יש גם מגהץ, קרש גיהוץ, וכספת, ומלא מקומות אחסון (מגרות, כוורת, ארון). זרם המים אחלה. המזגן בו מצוין. בנוסף, יש מקום להשאיר את המזוודה ביום האחרון אחרי הצ'ק אאוט (הצ'ק אאוט הכי מאוחר הוא ב-13.00), ככה שאפשר לנצל את הזמן עד הטיסה.

Cons:

1. המיטה בחדר ממוקמת ליד חלון ענק, ש"משקיף" על החניון של מרכז הקניות, כך שכל הזמן צריך לסגור את הוילון..
2. אני מבינה שהחדרניות רוצות לסיים את העבודה שלהן, באמת. אבל לא לעניין לנקוש מלא על הדלת ואז פשוט לפתוח את הדלת לחדר כשיש עליה שלט של Do not disturb.
3. זה כנראה עניין של העדפה - הסבון וקרם הגוף שבחדר נטולי ריח בכלל. קצת מוזר.

Pros:

Recomiendo mucho este hotel, tiene buenos precios, es hotel para la familia el staff es muy amable y te ayudan en todo. El desayuno es buenísimo como también todos los platillos del menu.
Si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto este hotel es una excelente opción, ademas a lado del hotel hay un centro comercial.
