Nice place. Good value for the money.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and service was good. The breakfast was good consisting of bagels, doughnuts, Jimmy Dean sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, fresh made pancakes and coffee.

Cons:

The pool area needs a bit of a facelift but in general the rooms we well maintained.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Bigger bathroom/ shower area. Could barely turn around in the bathroom. Bending over to dry off with a towel, I had a choice of putting my have into the toilet or my towel. That's just nasty.

Don’t go for spa. Beds hard. Sheets not soft
Pros:

No hot water. Paid extra for spa tub. It was dirty and no hot water. Reported and no apology. Just a $30 refund for spa upgrade room. Excuses for no hot water. Blamed on washers washing towels.

No hot water. Shower or spa both. Poor excuse from manager

Pros:

It was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Most of the staff there is exceptionally above and beyond.

The staff were friendly and checked in with us to fulfill any linen needs each day.
Pros:

A variety of choices were offered. However, more options for fresh fruit would have been nice. There were only tangerines and tiny oranges each day.

Convenient, clean, responsive and friendly staff.
Pros:

Tammy, the general manager was very helpful and responsive in problem solving a booking error I made. The staff in general is friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and convenient. Our extended family booked multiple rooms for a nearby wedding. We enjoyed the pool. Overall a good stay.

Decent breakfast, enjoyed the pool, clean, comfortable room, close to event we were attending.

Cons:

Minor things. No stopper in bathroom sink. Slightly difficult getting in and out of property. Pool a bit too warm.

Clean and Comfortable Stay, Welcoming Staff!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful!
The King suite with jetted tub was amazing!

Cons:

The pool was packed with two birthday parties. It was hard to relax in the pool.
