Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean.The view of the water way was beautiful. Restaurant staff and food were excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are nice, enjoyed anniversary night with my husband but probably wont stay again

Pros:

The entire front check in staff was so helpful and thoughtful! I wish I could remember everyone’s names so I could recognize them all individually .However, I did get a couple of individual names that I wanted to recognize for their service.

Aaiden helped with our luggage and was very sweet and recommended a great place to eat that was not far from the hotel ( Goose’s Acre) . Very patient and friendly!

Glenda , our waitress who worked in the Acqua lounge within the hotel , assisted us with breakfast and went out of her way to help with the buffet area for my friend who had mobility issues . She was so sweet and personable. Great smile and personality !

Ashley , our dinner waitress at the Acqua lounge recommended great meals that we enjoyed. She was attentive and polite and checked on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything.

This a great hotel to stay in with your family!

A “heavenly” experience on earth at the Marriotte Waterway
Pros:

In this two day visit we checked in on Sunday, 28 June and Sofia and the Duty general manager who had known from before Besch treated us royally as we are not only celebrating our 40th honeymoon but also our 40th year of being Bonvoy members, we were afforded the joy of checking into the presidential suite as we were uniting our MINISTRY Igniting Prayer Action, Prayer Team for a day of celebration Fellowship and Prayer.
On the Monday the 29th Cathy at the M. club treated us like royalty as we enjoyed an early brunch with our Prayer team. We then spent the rest of the day with a break for lunch down in the restaurant in our suite experiencing the joyful, peaceful presence of our God.
Several other highlights were shortly after check-in arrival. Another member of the team Ashlee came out and my wife and I embraced her in the reunion of our friendship and upon asking her how we could pray, for her grief, was stricken across her face as she had days before buried her young brother, as we prayed and embraced her God comforted her.
In the valet, William on Sunday and Jonah on Monday, both excelled in their joyful service to us. We congratulate the whole team at Marriotte waterway. Thank you for being a heavenly blessing to us.

Fabulous comfortable well located hotel
Pros:

The location is perfectly located for the July 4th events. The service is friendly and helpful. The 14th floor room is comfortable, clean and full of amenities including lots of charging stations and filled with lights! plus the soft towels, clean sheets, and great pillows.
The M club has so many options of fresh fruit, well prepared dinner, omelets, breakfast, plus veggie cups. its by far best Of the last 10 Marriotts I’ve visited.. Be sure to ask for the Smores experience its a kit to make them or just toast your marshmallow and eat the Hersheys.
