smell like bad feet and stale water no coffee and ac didnt work

Didn’t want to give me the room I reserved, took his time checking us in. Took about an hour to get checked in, would only give us one room key. Ice machine was broken, room wasn’t clean, wouldn’t give extra towels and wash clothes, sheets was stained.

Upon arrival, there were four police vehicles with lights flashing at the property! The doors on either side of the hotel were unsecured, where a key should be required to open the doors. There was a lot of sketchy "traffic" in & out of the side door by the pool while my 8-year-old son was swimming between 8:30-9:00 pm. I did not feel safe at all & continuously scanned my surroundings.

The rooms were old, musty-smelling, needed massive repairs, & there was mold in the bathroom. The smell made us sick by morning.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!

It’s an older hotel so everything is old. They need new towels. The bedding is even old and didn’t match. Mold was under the Bay Area seating by the air conditioner. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Evidently this hotel was bought and is now a locally owned property because the previous positive reviews are definitely not talking about the same hotel. We rented two rooms for 7 people- each with two beds. When we arrived, we were given a room with a single bed. We showed the hotel clerk our reservation- there were only 14 rooms reserved in the whole hotel that night (a staff member told us) but he refused to change the room and said that he had to refund our booking and charge us extra for a different room. Fine. We paid $9 additional and got the second bed. However, in the other room there were only sheets on one bed. HE REFUSED TO GIVE US SHEETS FOR THE OTHER BED. He said he was unauthorized to do so and that we could be refunded and go to a different hotel. We would have, but it was 11:00 at night and our kids were already in pajamas. My husband had to argue with him for half an hour and finally we found the girl we previously talked to and she got us sheets. They both lived in the hotel. It was dirty, the breakfast was not good, the vending machines were full of expired food, and they did not have air conditioners on. It was 85 degrees in our room and didn’t cool down until about 3:00am. When we left, we saw the postal carrier and told her to never stay in that hotel. She said “Oh gosh, the only people who stay in this hotel are drug addicts and prostitutes. I would never.” There’s more I could say, but hopefully this is enough to convince you to NEVER stay here.

My stay was horrible it smell horrible like wet dog and urine,it was hot ,trash everywhere and they charged my account twice and im still waiting for my money .

Check in was 3pm. Got there at 3:30. The room we were assigned had not been cleaned and beds not made. Many rooms had doors open and not cleaned/beds not made. Ice machine inoperative.my room had coffee packets but no coffee maker. Shower had only hand held head. But there as no way to hang the head. No counter space in bathroom. Crusty and rusting tissue holder. Holes in wall where towel holder had been.

If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. A stench of cigarette smoke hit me as soon as I opened the door despite the no smoking signs everywhere. I reported the smell to the owner and front desk person and they were very nonchalant about my complaint. The room and bathroom was dirty and the backing on curtains was torn. There was no microwave, refrigerator, iron or ironing board available. I had planned to stay overnight for an event. I changed for the event and immediately checked out. This place should be closed permanently!

Room was cramped and needed maintenance. Area is great for dogs and good morning walk

It is an older property and in serious need of updating however it is clean. No air conditioning in the elevator or upstairs hallway. Room cooled ok.

I really didn’t like too much there since the pool wasn’t open to swim for children with me and some of the cleaning people didn’t show up for work and rooms not ready, just not a good place to stay. I thought I was going to get a refund like the gentleman said at the hotel but didn’t so I won’t stay at a hotel like this again.

Hotel needs to be renovated.

It could use a good cleaning inside & out. First room was dirty & moldy. Mgr did get us another room. (4th one we viewed that wasn’t dirty & moldy.) We discovered AC wasn’t cooling when we got back from dinner. It was late so my hubby took cover off AC filthy so he cleaned the best he could & it cooled room off nicely. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star room just a clean one. We stayed here last Oct & Nov & it was a nice clean little hotel. It has really gone downhill since then. Which is sad. Hope they put a little elbow grease into it.

When we walked in the room our 2 year old found a dirty used condom next to the bed. There was also
A nasty stain on the sheets. We didn’t even stay.

I’m sorry but the rooms are very outdated, I thought I was getting good quality but when I got there all the walls was nasty, the desk was falling apart and the room had a mildew smell with no carpet in it. The lady and man was so nice but she said the smell must was from cleaning the carpet I said there is no carpet in my room. So she moved me to another room and it was a little better but still out dated. They need an upgrade on them.

The owner’s idea of a clean room is much different than ours. Just because housekeeping went through doesn’t mean the work was done to any degree of excellence.

A few observations include stained sheets, clumps of body hair behind the bathroom door, dirty microwave and sink, and a strong smell of chemicals and mildew. We couldn’t even stay one night.

Disappointed the pool was out of service and looked as if it had been for a long time.

This hotel has good reviews… unless you search by recent (which we didn’t) where many recent guests comment about cleanliness and deferred maintenance.
