O Altis Suites Apartamentos Turísticos fica ao lado do hotel Altis e vc pode usufruir de todas as comodidades do hotel.
Chegamos à noite e como não tinha recepcionista no Altis Suítes, fomos recepcionados pelo Hotel Altis.
O hotel superou todas as nossas expectativas.
- Localização: é excelente, ao lado dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade;
- Café da manhã: vc toma no Hotel Altis - excepcional, com uma variedade de coisas para comer que vc até se perde. O preço que vc paga vale a pena.
- Atendimento: melhor impossível. Teve um dia que eu passei mal no café da manhã e eles ficaram lá me acompanhando até eu melhorar. Deram todo o suporte necessário. Até no dia seguinte perguntaram como eu estava.
- Apartamento: era de 50 metros quadrados, bem espaçoso e com tudo que vc precisa na estadia (fogão, geladeira, máquina de café, torradeira). Deu um problema no entupimento do banheiro e resolveram na hora.
- Viajamos com meu filho de 1 ano e quase todos os dias davam um "mimo" para ele brincar;
- Como era semana de páscoa, tinha recreação no hotel para as crianças (não participamos, mas tinha disponível e sem custos). Também deixaram um "mimo" de páscoa no quarto para nós.
- O hotel conta com 4 restaurantes. Fomos em 2 e excelentes tb. Se precisar, levam a comida para vc no quarto.
Além disso, o Hotel Altis tem academia boa, piscina aquecida, sauna, spa.
Super recomendo para uma estadia em Lisboa.

Great location and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location, but what really stood out was how quiet and comfortable the apartment was. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly, and we really appreciated the complimentary access to the spa.

Удобное местоположение, большой номер.
Чистая постельное белье и полотенца.

Cons:

Постоянный запах канализации при входе и на этаже, неприятный запах в ванной комнате.
Комната, а особенно ванная комната, требует ремонта, очень скрипящий пол, сломанный полотенце держатель в ванной, который в 10 вечера был отремонтирован по запросу, сантехнический силикон почерневший и требует замены, изношенный туалетный ершик, которым не хотелось пользоваться, неудобные подушки, окно не открывалось и тоже было отремонтировано по запросу.
Комната была с открытым балконом/террасой, на которой стоял стол и стулья. Каждую ночь примерно в 3 утра в баре/лаунже на верхнем этаже скорее всего включался автополив цветов или мыли лаунж и вода с шумом падала на балкон, стол и стулья и ребёнок просыпался каждую ночь.
На первом же завтраке несколько кусочков папайи попались гнилые, что для отеля 5* думаю неприемлемо.
Сьют позиционируется как 4*, но это хорошая 3*, не выше
