Cons:

Já havia ficado anteriormente em outro apartamento; dessa vez, achei a decoração bem simples. Inclusive, em um dos quartos, era um sofá-cama nada confortável. Precisa de alguma reforma e melhoria. O que ficamos da última vez era bem superior. Deveriam exigir um padrão na decoração dos flats.

Localização excelente perto da.Marques de Pombal e Avenida da Liberdade.
Atendimento recepcionista disponível.

Altis Suites offered us a spotless, spacious, and perfectly located stay with security and comfort
Pros:

We really enjoyed the hotel's excellent central location in Lisbon, spotless cleanliness, and daily housekeeping with fresh towels. Staying in the Altis Suites section (same building as the main Altis hotel) gave us the convenience of an apartment combined with the reassuring 24/7 presence of a proper hotel. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen equipment was well-maintained and perfectly adequate. It was also pleasantly quiet. We’ve already agreed that if we return to Lisbon (which we plan to do next summer), we would definitely choose this place again.

Cons:

The only disappointing experience came one evening when we wanted to cook some meat we bought from the market. We simply asked the main hotel reception for a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oil (Suites reception was closed at that hour), but were told we should go buy it ourselves from the shop. For a 6-night stay this felt unnecessarily unhelpful — most apartment-style hotels we’ve stayed in (and we’ve done many) happily provide small amounts of basic items like salt, sugar or oil on request, often in single-use portions. The Suites receptionist later agreed this approach could be improved, especially for short-stay guests. The Hotel's front-desk staff’s rather curt refusal genuinely upset me in the moment and almost made me want to give everything 1 star. In the end I couldn’t do that because the room service and bellboy were excellent — so in my mind it’s 1 star for that reception interaction and 10 stars for everyone else.

Apartamentos amplios bien ubicados y desde los cuales puedes desplazarte fácilmente al centro

El trato del personal al servicio de los apartamentos.
Cercanía a estaciones de metro y a una avenida principal de Lisboa.

Cons:

Dificultad para encontrar cafeterías abiertas en la zona los fines de semana. Es una zona de oficinas.
Escasa iluminación en el barrio donde está ubicado

Perfect stay in Lisbon for a family!
Pros:

Fantastic apartments for our family of three. We have stayed with the Altis multiple times and always have the best experience! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is wonderful. Love the GSpa and the breakfast too 🥞 great location for us, close to a beautiful park and some fab restaurants too. We will be back!

Personnel sympa. Propreté des lieux bonne situation géographique.

L espace de l appartement. La propreté. La gentillesse du personnel. La situation géographique.

Cons:

La vue sur un mur.
La baignoire difficile d accès : haute par rapport au sol et surtout aucune poignée accessible afin d entrer ou de sortir de la baignoire. Pas évident pour une personne âgée. La seule poignée se trouve sur le mur en face, au milieu de la baignoire, ce qui n est encore une fois d aucune utilité d accès.
Très peu de postes de télévision francophones. Majoritairement anglophones, dommage.
L acoustique n est pas au top : bcp de bruit nocturne en provenance de l étage du dessus.
Les ressorts de la literie font du bruit.
