Pros:

I liked how quiet it was

Cons:

When i got to my room the shower door was hanging off the track and there was some type of buy in the whirlpool in my room with a coffee cup under the windowsill , behind the curtain

The room met our expectations, the breakfast was adequate. The visit was not outstanding but not bad
Pros:

I've stayed at this location a number of times and find it comfortable and clean. We like the good size of the King room with a sofa bed and the door between the areas. The bathroom counter is large for a family's supply of goods.

Cons:

This visit there were no sheets on the fold-out sofa bed, so we had to ask for them at the desk.

old, tattered, outdated, need customer service training
Pros:

not much facility is very worn done and dated. smelled in the front lobby when you entered the building

Cons:

room was old, sheets looked stained and nasty. honestly I should have checked out and moved to a better place. When I checked in the front desk staff didnt speak, pointed and was etremely unfriendly. Facility needs a lot of work to remain competitive with the newer locations. I will never stay here again.

I had to switch room due to uncleanliness. However, The room I switch into was slightly better my curtains were broken and I had to clean myself.

Pros:

LOUD! there were cheap windows and it felt like we were sleeping on the highway. Both of us barely slept the entire week. Greatly influenced our trip in a negative way :( !

Place was DIRTY. Stains everywhere. Dried fluids on walls, black mold in bathroom, bed skirts stained, with food along edge of bed, with what i can only describe as dried vomit next to the bed. hair in tub and a clump on the wall, heating unit broken and uncleaned for god only knows how long...terrible...TJ Max plastic shopping bag used in ice bucket for a liner to put your ice in...pool area had mold on chair fabric and hot tub not working with discolored water...couldn't stay...left and drove home. Still waiting for return call from property owner...

The room itself was decent. It was very spacious and lots of room. I asked for the third floor and mentioned I was real tired. I was thankful to know she put me at the end on the 3rd floor. Super quiet which I loved.

Cons:

There were a lot issues with this room. It needs some TLC in my opinion. Let’s start with the bathroom the shower rail is almost coming off. The shower was dirty and lots of stains all over. The sink didn’t drain either. The ceilings, floor, etc were dirty. The cabinet the fridge and microwave in was broken. The outlets by the bed wouldn’t even hold my charger because it kept falling out. I’m a choice member and have stayed in country inn & suites many times and have never had these issues. The light when you first walk in didn’t work either.
