Managment maleducato e poco rispettoso

Al check in , hanno fatto upgrade di stanza al mio amico che viaggiava con me, invece a me hanno chiesto la differenza di prezzo per avere la vista, mi sono rifiutato perché ho trovato questo offensivo e maleducato, in più mi hanno dato una stanza con bagno per disabili su strada molto rumorosa.
Ho trovato questo modo di comportarsi molto maleducato e poco professionale.
Il giorno dopo ho chiesto un taxi per aereoporto e non ho chiesto il prezzo , all’arrivo il costo del transfer era 430chf, per 50 minuti , anche in questo caso non mi hanno detto che il prezzo era stato fissato con il taxi dall’hotel , per questa cifra doveva per lo meno essere una limo e non un taxi sporco di peli di cane e con cattivo odore di cibo.
Chiedete prima di prendere il taxi.
Complessivamente valuto i servizi del management dell’hotel poco attenti ai clienti, per me non sono all’altezza del brand. Viaggio molto e negli altri Mandarin nel mondo ho sempre avuto trattamenti molto gentili e premurosi. Esperienza negativa

Pros:

We were in Switzerland for 14 days and stayed in 4 five star hotels. Mandarin gave us the best experience among those. Certainly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay in Lucerne!
Pros:

PURE PERFECTION in Lucerne. Walkable to everywhere. Easy and free bus tickets. Hotel was gorgeous. Meals were perfection. Hospitality was THE BEST. We loved every single thing about this hotel.
