Location was good

Cons:

Welcome on reception could have been improved requesting proof of identification seemed a little odd on confirmation of the booking that I had made advice in terms of parking could have been more specific. Experience at breakfast was probably not the best and being challenged on confirmation of our room number after being seated seemed inappropriate.

La ubicación.

Cons:

1. Señal desastrosa y pocos canales del TV.

2. El personal de recepción nada empático y no orientado al cliente (ni una sonrisa ni un saludo en 5 días), con una excepción : la muchacha que nos devolvió el equipaje que dejamos en recepción el último día, hasta abandonar el hotel.

3. Que la cafetería nos cobrara de más por una consumición.
