Very comfortable room, good distance to Wimbledon for the Tennis! Good service in the Restaurant!
Pros:

I booked this Hotel as Ive previously stayed at the Leonardo in Swindon and enjoyed my stay there, I booked this Hotel to watch the Tennis at Wimbledon. The distance of the Hotel to Wimbledon was not too far and has easy access either by bus, Taxi or train. The room was great and Id give this 10/10, it was very well air conditioned and the bed and pillow are very comfortable, there is also a good TV. I did not have Breakfast but mostly enjoyed my meals in the Restaurant, the Restaurant team were friendly and the service was good.

Cons:

When I checked in it would have been helpful to have better guidance with the car park barrier, when I drove there the first time I didn't realise I had to be closer to the entry barrier for it to go up so I had to come back again to the main desk to be informed of this, not ideal after being tired from a long 4 hours 30 mins drive. The car park is also very expensive - £17.50 per night is a lot on top of the room price. One night in the Restaurant I had a chocolate waffle for dessert and it was very small and not very warm, a glass of wine is also very expensive - the same as buying a bottle in the Supermarket. On the morning of check out I had a flat white before departure and it wasn't great. On check in night and the evening I got back from Wimbledon there seemed to be fair few undesirable people hanging around near the Hotel and walkway between the Car park, Coop and Hotel.

Absolutely perfect for our trip to Wimbledon
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station. It was about 30 mins from centre of London. We also used the tram which was also a 5 minute walk. Good breakfast. Shopping centre right across from the hotel. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were going to Wimbledon so it was perfect for us.

Pros:

Lovely vlean modern room

Cons:

Reception could be placed a bit better. Big partition and sitting area in front of reception and you have to choose a side in which to walk around to the desk. Not straight forward.

La habitación estaba muy bien, la cama era muy cómoda y el personal muy simpático. Sorprendido para bien con este hotel.

Cons:

El baño y la ducha era un poco viejos, pero usables. Lo más gracioso es que había carteles con mensajes de "por favor, apaga las luces para ahorrar energía", pero cada día al hacer la habitación (y cuando llegamos) el personal deja todas las luces de la habitación encendidas, para vacilar. ¿?¿?¿?¿?

Very poor conditions.
Cons:

Breakfast is really poor. They don’t provide slippers. Cleaning is poor. There’s no refrigerator in rooms. Bath tub has a shower curtain. It creates a hazard. Only preferring this hotel because it’s close to work.
