Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, very accommodating staff and comfy rooms.

Cons:

The shower is mounted to the wall and barely adjustable, very inconvenient. They need to change the tv’s, at least have Netflix or something!!!

Pros:

Room was spacious and spotless. Housekeeping staff on my floor were fantastic - warm, friendly, efficient, professional. Hotel location is great.

Cons:

Tried calling reception from my room, phone was never answered ☹️

Decent stay, did the job for one night but would probably choose alternative accommodation if staying in future
Pros:

The lady at check-in was friendly and quick. Hotel room was comfortable, clean and had a good selection of hot drink options. Also biscuits.

Cons:

Breakfast is okay, nice hot options and you can request poached eggs and vegan sausages which was good. The fruit wasn’t that fresh. Location is not the most enjoyable, if you plan to walk to East Croydon station.
