It was cold
Pros:

It was clean but you should expect that as that should be the norm . So nothing

Cons:

The room was cold
We called down to desk to ask about heating told us they would reset the heating and bring up a portable heater
Had to call again as no one came up to help
Asked if we could swap rooms to no as none available
Which was not true as could see room available on booking site

Some time later a small radiator was supplied
However room heat never worked

We are Really disappointed as this is 4 star and we paid extra to stay compared to other locations

Pros:

Cheap to upgrade. Lovely bar area and rooms were clean and comfortable

Burgers were lovely! Although £43 for 2 burgers/chips with room service was a bit dear!

A pint only £5.70. Great price!

Cons:

Bit too hot and the bathroom needs updating a little. Was on top floor in an executive room

Stayed over the Christmas period to be near family (have done for 2years) always good
Pros:

Room was great - although we had a disabled room - so the bathroom space was great - breakfast was fab

Cons:

We had a disabled room - but had a double bed - we couldnt have a disabled room with two single beds as a carer this wasnt a great option - had to have a fold up single bed added - which was very comfortable but reduced the space in the room. I would have thought that disabled rooms would have had two single beds as often a disabled person needs a carer not always family.

I wish my stay was longer, a perfect nights sleep
Pros:

The staff on reception were extremely friendly and chatty and welcoming
The bed was incredible, from the mattress to the nicer and pillows, I had incredible nights sleep
