Good, but I wouldn't return.

The location is very good. The service was also good.

Cons:

Le bruit, il y en avait autant à l'intérieur sur notre étage qu'à l'extérieur. J'ai l'habitude de prendre des hôtels dans des rues un peu plus calmes, c'est sûrement ça la différence. J'avoue aussi que les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées. On entend les gens dans le corridor et on entend l'ascenseur monter et descendre en tout temps. Pour le prix, j'ai été dans des hôtels de meilleure qualité, dans le même secteur.

Comfortable business class hotel
Pros:

Just a block from Gare Central, an easy destination when arriving by train. Room was modern and spacious, with a new feeling comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. Taxis were at the ready when we needed an early morning departure to the airport.

Very disappointing Club Room
Pros:

Room was recently renovated, but the new decor is far from luxurious or plush. The aircon is quite noisy.

Cons:

We booked a club room, and the club lounge was a big disappointment. The lounge has not windows and was often untidy because of it was insufficiently staffed. The food offerings were meager in number, poor in quality, and infrequently replenished.

Memorable stay with an atmosphere reminding one of the past.
Pros:

Breakfast was an excellent example of a snobby rule of endless turbulence between French and British Canadians in Montreal. Every morning we attended LLOYD was a theatrical display of quirky scripted moments that I would buy tickets to every morning. Now, I'm not sure whether the show is for everyone or seen by everyone. Its a wonderful performance by a staff enjoying their work and sharing the local turbulence.
