Memorable stay with an atmosphere reminding one of the past.
Pros:

Breakfast was an excellent example of a snobby rule of endless turbulence between French and British Canadians in Montreal. Every morning we attended LLOYD was a theatrical display of quirky scripted moments that I would buy tickets to every morning. Now, I'm not sure whether the show is for everyone or seen by everyone. Its a wonderful performance by a staff enjoying their work and sharing the local turbulence.

Pros:

The location was conveniently located next to a metro station. The property was clean and the amenities were nice.

Cons:

Our room was not ready even after the 4pm check in time. They did give us a drink coupon to make up for this.

Pros:

Сніданок був чудовим, але є нюанс, доводиться доволі довго чекати на стіл, перед тим як вам нададуть місце, при цьому можна побачити що завжди декілька вільних столів неприбраних, здається готелю не вистачає персоналу.
Коли попросили хаузкіпінг залишити зубну щітку у ванній кімнаті, цього теж ніхто не виконав.
В один з наших днів перебування був дощ - і парасольку теж неможливо було взяти, їх не було в наявності.

Je ne suis pas emballée par le ratio prix / qualité.
Pros:

lit confortable et vue ok. Accueil très gentil pour récupérer la carte. Il y avait du café et de l'eau ce qui est appréciable.

Cons:

J'ai porté mon énorme valise devant le personnel sans que personne ne propose de l'aide. Salle de bain petite et un peu simple au vu du prix. pas de petits accessoirs offerts. Difficulté pour se connecter au WIFI (aucune info). Le matin le personnel de nettoyage a frappé à 08h alors que le check out était à 12h.

The room was very clean, sheets smelled nice and beds were comfy. Location was very convenient to McGill and shopping.

Location and ease of checkin

Cons:

Inability to adjust the thermostat in our room. At times, it reached 80 degrees and that caused lots of discomfort and an uneasy night rest.
