Comfortable bed, really nice cosy gym

We booked that property, couse they have in winter time -open terrase, I am really wanted have that experience, under snow sitting with city view like in sky resort, but when we decided to visit they told us that it is closed becouse not enough people(((( but we stayed there New Year’s Eve and was a lot of people

Room temperature is set to 25 degrees celsius and impossible to bring lower. Bad sound proofing, too much noise.
Pros:

Bad sound proofing and the thermostat broken! The room was too hot to sleep in comfortably, it was 25 degrees celsius and the thermostat was broken and couldn't lower the temperature

Huge hotel with beautiful rooms, a restaurant, and meeting facilities
Pros:

I was there for a two-day meeting. Getting from the parking lot to reception was confusing, so be patient; there are elevators.

Food during the meeting and at the restaurant was classy and flavourful. No complaints.

The conference room was too cold the first morning, then too hot. The audio-visual system were well.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower in the room was fantastic with full body jets. The room was perfect!

The location right downtown with access to the subway directly from the premises was a perk.

If you have the budget, I’d definitely recommend.

Warm, attentive service, and a great breakfast
Pros:

We stayed for three nights during the snowstorm and freezing temperatures, and the team went above and beyond to guide us and suggest places we could still enjoy despite the weather. Their kindness really made a difference. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. A genuinely pleasant and comforting experience.
