Room temperature is set to 25 degrees celsius and impossible to bring lower. Bad sound proofing, too much noise.
Pros:

Bad sound proofing and the thermostat broken! The room was too hot to sleep in comfortably, it was 25 degrees celsius and the thermostat was broken and couldn't lower the temperature

Huge hotel with beautiful rooms, a restaurant, and meeting facilities
Pros:

I was there for a two-day meeting. Getting from the parking lot to reception was confusing, so be patient; there are elevators.

Food during the meeting and at the restaurant was classy and flavourful. No complaints.

The conference room was too cold the first morning, then too hot. The audio-visual system were well.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower in the room was fantastic with full body jets. The room was perfect!

The location right downtown with access to the subway directly from the premises was a perk.

If you have the budget, I’d definitely recommend.

Warm, attentive service, and a great breakfast
Pros:

We stayed for three nights during the snowstorm and freezing temperatures, and the team went above and beyond to guide us and suggest places we could still enjoy despite the weather. Their kindness really made a difference. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. A genuinely pleasant and comforting experience.

Had a good stay. Great location. Friendly stay. Easy access to taxis.

A good base for a short Montreal visit.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness. Reception staff was generally helpful and the staff at LLoyd's was attentive and friendly.

Cons:

They garbled my name at registration by lumping first and last names into one word and never bothered to correct it, so that it was a hassle every time there was a search;
the menu was too limited at Lloyd's for a two day stay;
lost and found didn't take my concern seriously enough when, after our departure, I believed I had left some personal papers in one of the drawers.

Stay was short but great sleep and no issues whatsoever
Pros:

Beautiful Location. Easy access to major arteries but still outdoor green spaces nearby. Building and rooms immaculate. Hotel staff polite and helpful. Free breakfast was good with some decent breakfast food options.
Very close to old Montreal

Cons:

Parking underground has a parking level dedicated to hotel guests but $30 per day and no discount or comp for hotel guests.

대중교통 이용할때 호텔서 엘리베이터타고 바로 내려갈
수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.

Cons:

3박을 머물렀는데 매트리스커버 교체는 이루어지지 않구 청소만 했네요.
이물질이 묻어있었기 때문에 알았습니다.
그것 말고는 기대이상
사실 이물질도 크게 문제되진 않았어요
