It was clean and ok but I wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Staff was nice, hotel was clean but needs some work.

Cons:

Paid $741.14 for 2 nights(2 rooms), $200 deposit( $100 per room) and $24 parking fee. The hotel needs some work done, there were some missing tiles on the outside of the building, Roof had missing shingles, some wall paper was coming down or torn. One of the elevator was out of order and it was marked on the 1st floor but not on the 6th floor. There was a parking fee, I didn't noticed when I booked the hotel, so be aware of that. No one picked up the wet towels from the swimming pool, so there was a big stack of them and there weren't that many dry pool towels.

Frustrating.
Pros:

The property itself was fine but annoying to get to. Apparently you have to pay for parking which can be taken out of incidentals which I think is inappropriate.

Cons:

The pool was closed due to the hotels negligence which is incredibly frustrating as it’s the entire reason we chose this hotel. The staff didn’t even tell us when we checked in despite me specifically asking about the pool. Incredibly frustrating.

Family get together to celebrate the December birthdays.
Pros:

The pool area. It was clean and the pool was heated.

Cons:

Everything is alacarte. You want Wi-Fi, there is a charge; you want a drink, it will be charged to your room. All meals were served buffet-style and were not included in the room price. This is usually not a problem, but if you have children, plan and bring extra drinks or snacks for them.

Satisfied
Pros:

Everything over all was good.

Cons:

Trash outside rooms, I understand that people are rude and don't throw away their own trash but there were beer bottles that were in the hall for 2 days.

The room was ever so hot! My family had a hard time sleeping, my baby would not sleep because she was too hot. I asked for and recieved a fan which helped but had to open window where we listened to the highway.

Cons:

It seemed outdated and the water was finicky while taking showers.

Pros:

The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from downtown but located near good restaurants, Target, movie theater, and Dave and Busters. The hotel has night security patrolling the parking lot, which was nice. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room came with a mini fridge and the hot water stayed hot. The beds are in fact doubles and not queens.

Cons:

I love sleeping in a nice cold room which would be 64 degrees or below. The air conditioning vent was small and didn’t keep the room cool to my liking. Me and my family had a difficult time sleeping in a room like felt like 70 degrees.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, outside amazing Rooms disgusting
Pros:

I have never seen a hotel that cares more about the outside than the rooms. Our room had carpet wrinkled into a ball, the bathroom floor was black with mold in the grouting. The tv turned off every five minutes and if you could get it to stay on it froze up or just was blurry. We were there for the marine corps ball. You would think that they would care when you go to check out and tell them about the room they would want to do something but we paid a ridiculous amount for a small dirty room that it was hard to get dressed up very formal with no lights and a horrible mirror. All I want people to know is don’t waste your money stay anywhere else. Don’t judge a book by its cover! They should be ashamed to charge our military so much and give them such poor quality. I am mostly mad because again they don’t care about our opinion and did nothing for it Plus charged double the price then normal! The only thing that was amazing was the ball those who put the ball on did a outstanding job!
