Way Upscale Motel 8 - both in amenities & cost
Pros:

It ia a larger room with a kitchette (sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Easy chair. Great breakfast included (eggs, bacon, potatoes, breads, waffles, muffins, yogurt, fruit, etc). Lots of close parking. Boston Pizza next door. Hot tub, pool & water slide

Cons:

This is not the Motel 8 we grew up with - basic but affordable lodging. They've gone upscale as have the rates. Pet fee was $25 plus $150 deposit

My battery froze..they brought in the maintenance man to help boost me... in -40 temp!!

They were so wonderful with me. And my kids the whole 2 days.
