Pros:

Nice place to stay, everything is close to the hotel like pharmacy, restaurants, stores. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The wifi connection was very weak.

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel for basic stay.
Pros:

Great staff, very clean, and perfect location!

Pros:

The location is good. Our room had a nice comfortable queen bed but that left very little room to put our luggage. There was no room for a chair or desk. The bathroom and shower were very good. It is expensive for a hotel room of that size but in high season and pretty close to the beach I guess that is what one can expect.

Give this one a miss - even if it’s for 1 night
Pros:

It was easy to get to from the airport.

Cons:

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was a box of a room with a huge noisy aircon unit, a fridge on the floor and a dark damp bathroom. Fire alarm went off randomly during the night.
No hair dryer, no extra towels, TV was not working, aircon unit extremely loud, window wouldn’t shut properly, dead flies, used socks under the bed. It didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned before we arrived.
Completely overpriced for what it was.

The stay at the hotel was comfortable inspite of the busyness of the festival San Sebastian.
Pros:

The breakfast took very long to put out and could be more variety.

Pros:

Location! So close to a beautiful beach, just a short walk to beaches, restaurants and not far from airport, cruise port or Old San Juan. The best part though was the friendly, kind, knowledgeable staff! Also, a pool and nice outdoor spaces and a perfectly adequate breakfast is included which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The rooms could use a little charm. They were painted and the bathroom was good but they needed personality. The beds were comfortable.

Nice stay
Pros:

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed during NYE. They even gave us some snacks and cava to celebrate. The room was simple but efficient. Would stay here again when visiting San Juan.

Cons:

Due to circumstances their cleaning staff was a little understaffed. We had cleaning service once during our 4 night stay, we do understand that these instances can occur. We were provided we clean towels and trash bags, after a while the room got sandy which was a little annoying.

Over all it's a cozy, comfortable hotel this will be my third stay at the hotel
Pros:

I like the coziness of the hotel no frills, had a pool, parking for about 5 cars and breakfast which is s as plus, staff is sweet.

Cons:

The rooms don’t really look like advertisement but it’s not bad, they could of done a better job cleaning shower glass, need new towels they’re clean but old and rough, we didn’t have enough towels when we checked in and no extra roll off toilet paper.
