Nice but little things can be improved.
Pros:

They were nice but we had issues with hot water and maintenance said they would come and did not come.

On the last day I called for help with luggage but they didn’t show up.

We wanted to get a taxi so we talked to the front desk and they said to go up front. At the airport the driver said the hotel charges a fee and we were charged double the amount of what we paid when we used a limo to get to the hotel from the airport. We did not hear about it when we asked at the front desk. Maybe tell us when we asked before we used the taxi?

Beautiful views at the heart of JBR
Pros:

We booked a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. The spaces were big, all was new and clean. We were told at check in that it might have been noisy, as it was on lower floors and at night there was going to be music. Indeed it was. We would have liked to know it in advance, but at the end we had not trouble sleeping

Great spot - update the living room furniture
Pros:

Great spot. Huge apartment facing the water. Super location. My only complaint would be the furniture. Looks good on Instagram but really uncomfortable.

Excellent service and lovely clean room. The only downside was the noise at night from the bar. We were on the 2nd floor so could hear the music until about 1 in the morning. Not great and it would not stop us going again as all the positives outweighed this one negative.

Pros:

The property was amazing and clean. There was lots of food options in the area definitely very lively at night. The only issue was there was lots of traffic leaving the property. The rooms were clean. Customer service was definitely amazing. I would stay there again.

Pros:

reception were absent on many occassions or took ages to answer phone. bedrooms not kitted out well. no tvs. only phone in sitting room to contact reception. All rooms only two king beds. cannot split...no roll out beds ever available . very unusual for 5 star. traffic jbr constantly busy...long wait times going anywhere.

Great location and the apartment was a good size. But lacked furniture. Only one sofa in the living area meant limited places to sit.

The apartment was clean but felt it could do with more polish. Marks on glass etc.

When we arrived for the hotel room there were stains and burn marks on the floor and a weird smell. I called the reception (they take forever to answer) and they sent over cleaners who didn’t really do much. This hotel charges a fee for room cleaning which is ridiculous and we had to call several people to adjust the hot water settings. The view and hotel room was spacious and the area is highly coveted. Will not be staying here again.

Pros:

The Sonder was a great place to stay. The only downside was it was a struggle to get a sunbed as a lot of people put towels down and then did not return for hours some people did not return till afternoon.
