The spa & wellness centre is available at an extra cost. The swimming pool is only open from May to September. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 35kg. A charge of 50 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

Beautiful building and location, central to everything, lovely hospitality staff. Bit outdated rooms
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful on the outside and in the first floor reception. The gym is very convenient, the room with hot tub was a nice add on. The roof pool is great. Breakfast is abundant and fresh.

Cons:

The hotel itself is quite large, and unfortunately covered entirely in carpet - outdated and not nice looking carpet. The spa could not have been less welcoming - on two occasions. We ate two meals at Seen upstairs and unfortunately both were really not great.

For $1200 a night, you really would expect a five star stay, but did not feel that the price fit what we received.

A beautiful, centrally located hotel with excellent staff, although a few aspects fell short of the standard expected.
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, close to Rome’s major sights and the train station. It is a beautiful historic building, and the staff were extremely helpful. The concierge team were exceptional, booking restaurants and taxis for us throughout our stay. We accidentally left some belongings behind, and they located them and immediately arranged for them to be sent back to us. Their service really stood out.

Cons:

We had requested interconnecting rooms because we were travelling with young children. Although the hotel managed to place our two rooms next to each other, it was disappointing that interconnecting rooms could not be provided. The rooftop pool was smaller than it appeared in the photographs, and the surrounding floor was extremely slippery. The rooftop pool restaurant also felt below the standard of the rest of the hotel. There were mosquitoes in our rooms, and I was bitten several times.

Fantastic world class hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful building! Tastefully decorated and fantastic staff, especially Claudia from guest services! Had a very pleasant stay and can highly recommend! The pool is a great plus point with a vibrant rooftop bar! Fantastic location!

Great place to stay depending on your room allocation
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and breakfast staff the gym was well maintained but aircon could be improved

Perfect luxurious stay for a romantic celebration
Pros:

Our first trip to Italy to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. We were greeted immediately by the professional & friendly staff. All acknowledged our special trip. Our room was very luxurious with a view looking out the front of the hotel. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar while our room was being prepared. treated to champagne & cake as a surprise for our special occasion. Our room was cleaned and organized during the day while we were out. Coffee, water, and mini bar refreshed daily. Proximity to train station a huge plus. Taxi to airport (FCO) was quick & professional, we will return soon
