Important information:

The spa & wellness center is available at an extra cost. The swimming pool is only open from May to September. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 50 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

We inform you that from October 15th until May 15th the rooftop pool will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Exceptional property, wonderful staff but avoid a room under the roof top bar/restaurant.
Pros:

Excellent location, fantastic food and lovely property. Seen by Olivier restaurant on the roof was exceptional.

Cons:

Upgraded to suite with plaza view supposedly at a discount when checking in. Actually cheaper on other platforms! Surprising as we had booked a second room for family. Suite was exceptional other than sound proofing between it and the bar/restaurant on roof floor was dismal and booming music till all hours on Saturday and Sunday. Need to improve this as other than noise and disappointing upselling rate on room, it was a great experience. Stayed here before with no issue on noise or rates.

Nach unserer Reklamation über das erhaltene Zimmer im zweiten Stock gegen den Innenhof, dunkel, muffig, abgenutzt, wurde uns anstandslos ein schönes helles Eckzimmer angeboten.

Cons:

Die Teppiche in den Zimmer haben Flecken und sind schmutzig. Die Möbel sind abgegriffen.

Un séjour élégant et parfaitement orchestré dans un cadre exceptionnel au cœur de Rome.

Séjour exceptionnel à l’Anantara Palazzo Naiadi à Rome.

L’hôtel est magnifique, dès l’arrivée la réception impressionne par son élégance et son architecture unique. Les espaces communs sont parfaitement entretenus et dégagent une atmosphère à la fois prestigieuse et chaleureuse.

La chambre était spacieuse, raffinée et très confortable, avec une literie de grande qualité et une attention particulière portée aux détails.

Le personnel a été irréprochable du début à la fin : accueillant, professionnel, disponible et toujours attentif. Le service est véritablement à la hauteur d’un établissement de ce niveau.

L’emplacement sur la Piazza della Repubblica est également idéal pour découvrir Rome à pied tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre calme et élégant.

Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésitation.

Won’t be back.
Pros:

The building is nice and location, the lounge bar was cute

Cons:

The balcony was disgustingly and only made up of 8ft walls with zero view; like a prison cell. It was awful. And My room was with paper thin walls I could hear all the neighbours including the kids at 7am playing instruments, running through the halls, and people talking, laughing, screaming, etc.. super annoying
