The allocation of our room and the room was in poor condition for a 5 star hotel
Our first trip to Italy to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. We were greeted immediately by the professional & friendly staff. All acknowledged our special trip. Our room was very luxurious with a view looking out the front of the hotel. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar while our room was being prepared. treated to champagne & cake as a surprise for our special occasion. Our room was cleaned and organized during the day while we were out. Coffee, water, and mini bar refreshed daily. Proximity to train station a huge plus. Taxi to airport (FCO) was quick & professional, we will return soon

The property is well located and the hotel itself is well cared for.
The staff, particularly reception, are almost robotic.
Convenient location , attention to detail from the moment you arrive till you get to your room. Service excellence, helpful friendly staff that want to make your stay memorable. Best breakfast!
The location was good, the rooms were clean and the service in the main was good.
The problem is the nightclub on the fifth floor. We were on the fourth and could not sleep with the noise. It was booming so much we could feel it. By midnight, I had had enough and went to the front desk to complain. It was very clear to me this was a recurring problem. They moved us to a quieter room but as you can imagine it was far from ideal to have to pack everything in the middle of the night and then unpack again. This was a failure at the most fundamental level for a hotel whose primary remit is to provide somewhere comfortable to sleep.
